I'm in my menstrual phase right now (day2) and I've been feeling so alone, not have energy, so in pain... The worst part is even my sister doesn't understand me! I was so shocked when she said "You cannot live like this your entire life! There'll be days that you have to get out of bed and do the hard work!" I was so hurt at that moment and couldn't find the words to tell her... Now I know these feelings are normal, they happen for a reason and it will pass... Thank you so much for being here ❤

Yes, i agree on the Epsom salt baths. Im a licensed massage therapist and I always recommend to my clients (that are able to) to take advantage of the benefits of a regular routine of Epsom salt baths. The use of two cups of Epsom salt to the hottest/warmest water that you feel comfortable with for a 20-30 minute soak works wonders. I also personally take my Epsom salt bath times and also use that time to exfoliate my whole body with my exfoliation mitten. Afterwards I feel like a brand new shiny best version of myself🥰..thank you for sharing your knowledge and sweet energy, Jillz💖

Hey, I'm a quarter into 26 and I just recently came across that women are cyclical. I had been sorta aligning my work accordingly without really knowing all of this. It took a lot of learning and DIY-ing (if you will). Do I wish I knew of all this sooner? Hell yes! But it's never too late, trust me.
Yay! 🥰Love seeing content creators make videos about the female hormonal cycle! For the vegans out there: I find that avocado, omega-3 (flaxseeds) and magnesium supplements help so much for preventing/reducing PMS and period cramps ❤

I wish I had a big tub like that! I just bought a heated massage foot bath and it's amazing! I add coconut epsom salt to it and I notice I can sleep better after using it. I also eat salmon most nights along with veggies or a sweet potato. I notice it helps a lot with my period. I have fibroids and pcos, not too bad but enough that my periods can be painful so diet really makes a difference for me. Also, love this style vlog!!!

If it’s light exercise I love to eat before so that I have energy, but if it’s a tougher workout then I definitely like an emptier stomach 😊 And yes I happily ate both donuts myself haha!! 💕

I have been having HORRIBLE pms symptoms for a couple of months and it is driving me crazy. I always say that pms feelings are real feelings just more aggrevated or more intense. You are right, they are the feelings I put to the side during the other phases..

I literally broke up with my bf a few weeks ago and then I realized I was being irrational. I have always struggled with really emotional (mostly sad) feelings right before my period. I am definately going to start working on my health so I can regulate my hormones!!

So amazing you have 55 cycles logged! I just started my 6th cycle off the pill, and finally had a “normal length” 34 day cycle!
