Three months ago I started doing 3 of your videos every day for total of 30 minutes (that's a lot of 3's - LOL). I have always been very stiff and I feel so much stronger and flexible. The squat was hard for me at first, but now i can hold it for 30+ seconds and rise to standing from it without touching the floor. I am 5'1" and was 126 lbs and now I am 110 lbs.!! 😄In 3 months! Your stretching exercises are the only thing I changed in my routine. I walk for 30 min almost every day and have been eating the same. i truly believe that stretching has formed by belly, thighs and calves and somehow got rid of some fat. No matter the reason, I know stretching makes me feel better! 👍And I like how calming your voice is! ☮Thank you!!💚💚
