This gentle stretch flow routine helps with flexibility and mobility, is kind on your joints, creates ease in your body and helps manage stress and anxiety. This stretching routine can be done before your workout or after your workout and will help you warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise so you are exercising in a very safe manner.

    Three months ago I started doing 3 of your videos every day for total of 30 minutes (that's a lot of 3's - LOL). I have always been very stiff and I feel so much stronger and flexible. The squat was hard for me at first, but now i can hold it for 30+ seconds and rise to standing from it without touching the floor. I am 5'1" and was 126 lbs and now I am 110 lbs.!! 😄In 3 months! Your stretching exercises are the only thing I changed in my routine. I walk for 30 min almost every day and have been eating the same. i truly believe that stretching has formed by belly, thighs and calves and somehow got rid of some fat. No matter the reason, I know stretching makes me feel better! 👍And I like how calming your voice is! ☮Thank you!!💚💚

    April temp swings are brutal. This stretch routine has set me on a productive path for the day...even if I have to wear a heavier jacket than I'd like. Stiffness has been addressed. This is one of my favs. Am meeting goals set last fall. Easily met via your videos. Excellent music choices. WOOF WOOF to your new puppy! Congrats on your new home.

    For the last couple of years I started again and again to yoga or stretching or exercise. But, although I am not 50 yet those were all to hard on mu body no matter how beginner they were. Hopefully this time I will manage to keep going without feeling exhausted after 1-2 days. Thank you ❤
