I watched a lot of rebounder review videos and went with 55 in Acon for a lower impact non my knees. It seems that I am going slower than you. I'm not sure if that's because I am not yet used to it and not fit enough. Or is this rebounder too soft for me?
OMG! I’m 55, totally out of shape. I can’t even do 5 minutes of low impact jumps. I would never be able to do this workout! 😱 I’m not even sure if I should keep it, or send it back. 🤔
