That was a quick and fun workout prior to the Super Bowl! My first time being on the trampoline in a month because of tendinitis! Who knew I was wearing the wrong size sneakers all these years! I got properly fitted at a running store!
Looks so fun but I don't have a trampoline also my bladder couldn't do a trampoline LOL it would be great if a modifier window was at the bottom where someone was doing the same exercises on the ground. Although I've been working out a long time and I know how to modify it others might not be able to just a suggestion although it would be probably a production nightmare
