- This week, James and Clair are back with some classic Buckley content!...James has some even worse bum issues and Clair is even more annoyed about it.
It's the time of year again where James and Clair head out to the garden and try to clean it up a bit, although as with everything the Buckleys attempt, it doesn't quite go to plan :)

The transition from Jim trying to do manual labour, to deciding to call someone, to trying to fix a tamagochi, to that also failing was peak!
During the walk portion Harrison kept the camera very steady... Quite impressive!
Top marks to Harrison--excellent work on the garden and brilliantly timed giggling.
Must admit I went into hospital for a foot operation and in those 5 days not once did I have the urge to go for a number 2. When I got home I felt the urge, oh boy it was like the rope off a cruise liner when they come into Dock. My wife came home from work ( we have two kids) and I shook her by the hand and said well done , never felt the urge to congratulate her before on passing to giant Toberoles but by god I had a whole new respect for women after that.

DO NOT USE HUEL if you don't drink much water, you need to drink lots of water if you use the HUEL meal replacement shakes. I thought I'd try HUEL to help drop some weight, I'm not a big water drinker at the best of times, but thought I'd be ok with the HUEL. After 9 days on HUEL, I noticed going for a s##t was getting less frequent, long story short, I ended up in tears, on the bathroom floor in the fetal position, with a rubber glove on, trying get a 12" x 2" long log of HUEL concrete from up my arse. I can only imagine child birth does not have a patch on sqeezing that bugger out onto a towel, lesson learned........ I started running and controlled my diet a little better, attended the gym 2x a week. Never mind Yule Log, remember the HUEL Log, it's the stuff of nightmares 💩🥵
Huel do also do proper meals I've seen. Not just shakes. I haven't gone into huel properly tho
Took 2 mins go from diets, exercise, back to curry , beer, farts . Stay as you are, your bloody fabulous. Xx

Guys all you needed was new cushions that you can buy. I just got one of them plaster keter boxes to put my stuff in for autumn/winter. Lovely garden by the way ! Never change you two ❤

I love the sympathy that Clair gives to James, its hilarious. Regarding you're diet James, I would not replace meals with anything. Just eat more goodness, drink plenty of water and do more exercise. A bit of routine and discipline won't hurt. Hope that helps. Have a good week everyone

Get yourself a retractable sun shade canopy over your decking and outdoor furniture area, it will protect it from the elements, the defoliation from the trees will also rot the decking.

I've had Huel for years James and I'm not dead! In theory you *could* replace every meal with it, but I think you would get very bored very quickly. In terms of nutrition though, it's absolutely fine to live on.
I was in the Royal Infirmary in Glasgow for a week and was put on strong painkillers. When i finally felt the need to go it was like King Kong's finger!! I had to stand up to get the last of it out. I feel your pain mate.
I cleaned all my decking today and the hot tub and outdoor rug ready for the hot weather we supposed to be getting soon I'll believe it when I see it.
Hay I’ve been on Huel for a year an a half now & I love it, I mix mine (vanilla)with raspberry/cranberry juice for my breakfast & normal meals after 👍🏻 gives me an energy boost & minerals I need but you still need to exercise. Enjoy ❤️❤️❤️ X X X

My hubby lost 3st on Huel. He had one for breakfast and one for lunch and sensible evening meal. On weekends he would eat normally (whatever he fancied). He is still very much alive 😂😂😂

I love Huel! The chocolate drink is my favourite - keeps me full for a really long time, and their food packs are decent - I’ve tried a few and they definitely have the nicest tasting ones.

You need a retractable roof gazebo type thing over the decking for winter to stop the leaves etc getting on all your stuff or at least help it

Just a grass cutting tip, if you cut it in a different pattern each time the grass grow better, saw a lawn expert saw that so that if you do straight lines one time and then do diagonal lines the next etc the grass will grow better.

Use a product called "wet and forget" for mossy decking. Doesn't work instantly, needs the rain to gradually clear it. But just do it twice a year and it never comes back. Doesn't kill grass either. Pet safe when it's dried off. Mix it 4 to 1 in one of those ghost busters garden sprayers.
A bit of advice James, concerning the outdoor furniture. Buy a tarp cover and cover when it’s not in use or starts pishing it doon. Those wee green things from the trees are a pain, especially when I’m summer the swimming pool is full of them. Anyhoos keep up the realism of life 💪🏻👍🏻🇵🇱🇬🇧
We used to have a giggle about how precious James is with his grass…after trying to sort our lawn out I have a new found respect for James and his grass 😂 question though, how do you not get the dead patches where the dog pees on it?
When on the powder and you fancy a beer, just mix up a meal with a beer. You'll soon be off the beers 😂
i use huel black, when i first got it i did a test of 3 days of only huel, it is filling but after a day you cant help but feel something is missing. i switched to restricting eating to only an 8 hour window a day and replaced lunch with huel, this works great for me.
Huel is great, I had the premixed bottles for breakfast and lunch. Then had a normal dinner. I lost quite a bit.

This is hilarious! 😂 I did do Huel for a few months and weirdly I actually lost definition and got a slightly chubbier face e.g. Less jawline etc. I'm not sure if it was the Huel or if I changed other eating habits without realising because on paper Huel looks great and it works for some people for sure. As soon as I stopped the Huel the puffier face went and definition came back some more. How did it go?
Honestly best thing is Porridge and some light cardio! Less booze and then look forward to the weekend curry!

When you guys rant at each other it's almost like you're in therapy and the camera is your therapist! You always look at the camera and never at each other which makes me laugh
Doing the Huel diet will make you lose weight inevitably but it will put alot of pressure on your kidneys and liver meaning when you go back to a normal diet your body will not be able to work as effectively resulting in tiredness and headaches. You wanna lose weight quick but works for longevity? Buy a rowing machine, 20 minutes of rowing along side 100 body weight squats 3 times a week, walk more, drink lots of water, eat a simple diet of 50% meat 25% veg 25% carbs. Chicken/Beef - Brocolli/Carrots - Potatoes/Rice. 3 times a day and if you do that you can allow yourself a beer or something sweet or a curry. Don't be too strict but stay consistent. Huel can replace one of the 3 meals but do not only have Huel haha

I've tried Huel, it's ok. However, I still had an evening meal. I've only replaced breakfast and lunch with liquid Huel. I'm sure they now do food too.
I have tried Huel but only because it’s easier than making lunch but I think I felt lighter so that’s a good thing. I love your vlogs and I have had piles as it’s no joke
get the deck scrubber that goes along with your pressure washer mate you also get non chemical cleaner so won't harm your grass
You won't die James. I had two Huels a day with a main meal on an evening for months and I survived. in fact I am thinking of getting back on it because I felt miles better when on the Huel than having "normal" food all the time because I always start to slip back into old habits and treat myself to the odd take away too often. To lose weight you have to find what works for you otherwise it won't last. I really like Huel, but have only tried the Black edition which is lower carbs and higher protein.

Eat fresh food, stop drinking, and do exercise that makes you sweat; Job done. If you regularly snack and eat takeaways, expect a belly and early mortality. The bowling ball poo is a clue that you aren't eating properly.

For James' health kick, I would drink 2-3L of water a day it helps to suppress your appetite, just drinking this volume of water will burn around 100 calories and also gives your body a boost in metabolism. Here's an eerie thing that happened while watching this episode... Exactly at the moment when you guys were on the couch and you looked to your right to greet your son who came into the room OUR teen son arrived home from work and came in our front door. Your gaze was toward him as he was doing so. 😮 My husband and me looked at each other and said, Whoa. That was eerie. 😄 But anyway - what was the thing James was saying he was going to eat instead of food? We couldn't quite make that out. He really just needs to eat more veggies and whole grains and water. NOT so much meat and chips and beer! Those just plug you up and give you a big beer belly. Simple!

Used Huel for years, great for dropping off the weight but I normally have mine for lunch and then a healthy meal in the evening, personally think Huel for all meals would get boring and when you move over to actual food your body would hold onto the weight more, if you like Banana that flavour is great! Compared to the others that taste a bit synthetic
