@@CSIS25he's been hitting cleaner this year so far. Keeping the elbow in and going shoulder to chest, versus elbow to head like we saw a lot last year
Nowadays if you hit someone everyone goes crazy, it's because hard checking has been weeded out of the game, there are times when someone gets lined up, every player knows the difference between a solid hard check or lining someone up, there's kind of a fine line but it's ridiculous how one solid hard hit can cause so much drama, if you get slammed you take his # and play on.
I said the EXACT same thing on another video. It’s ridiculous cus now it makes hits look worse in the eyes of the NHL cus everytime there’s a hit there’s a fight, hopefully this playoffs these guys learn to throw the body more before having to drop the mitts, and Im all for keeping fighting in hockey
@@RisingPhoenix_12 no, Bs fan. I just don't like to see careers shortened by dirty hits. Zadorov seems able to stay clean. Trouba catches heads almost every time. I will smile when he gets taken out for a season or 2.
Why so many defensemen seem more interested in just stick poking is beyond me. Ya, it’s not always the right time to hit but should still try and lay the body whenever possible. Why give fast/skilled skaters a pass and letting them just do more fancy stuff?
Trouba plays that old school hockey, what a beauty!
That old school hockey caused a lot of brain damage
@@CSIS25 keep your head up then

Connor Clifton had a big month!
Props as well to Trouba and Zadorov. Always big months for them.
Love it when a fellow player says “ go go go “.
Love that Kadri head bounced off the ice! Chin strap fail

the sad thing about some of these is right after these hits there is a scrum or a fight
Yeah and?
There have been a lot of great hits this season
All clean hits !!!.
I think Ristolainen slew foots Forsberg a bit but other than that pretty clean
except for Troubas headshots

I wish guys wouldn't drop the mits for clean legal hits
I don't know why players have to defend a clean hockey hits?
It's called sticking up for your teammates
God I love Jason Zucker, good hits and good scorer
starting a fight over a clean hit on a non-star is weak as fuck

I love Pezzetta

Cliffy hockey
Wish every big legal hit didn't lead to a fight. You're boy had his head down, he'll learn. Play on
I better see Chatfields check v Boston on whaler night where bruins player left w a concussion in the march recap
When is march’s coming

where romanov hit to
every hit was either a charging or boarding penalty
Just watch some croquet or something if its too much for you.
Jack Edwards is so slow on his calls. He actively makes games worse to watch.
