    This is the first time I tried Pilates. I knew it wouldn’t be easy but wow I didn’t expect to sweat so much in 10 minutes. I don’t even sweat this much with my 40min workouts. This was great thank you for sharing your workout.

    I’m working out now twice a day morning and night in the mornings I use the lean app and at night I do 7 of you’re videos here so 2 hours mon-sat Sunday I let my body rest I’m so happy with my results and the meal plans as a vegan

      @@gabrielaivanovva it’s absolutely perfect I see my abs forming and I’m more toned glutes are round perfectly and if you stick to it your body gets used to to it but I feel more energized I went from 126 lbs before now I’m at 106 lbs

      How do you have time to do it for 2 hours? How do you manage it with work? How do you fix your sleeping time with work time and workout time? Just curious

      @@susu3148 Recommend workout tome for adults is 30-45 mins especially women. Overdoing it is a waste of time and energy.

    This was my first time doing a gull body pilates workout and it burnt like hell.I was shaking throughout the workout!Will definitely come back for more

    Hi! Thank you for making me sweat in 10 minutes, great exercises! What I will say is that I don’t think that ad in the middle of a workout is the right idea, I kinda felt a little frustrated because my me-time to work on myself interrupted by an ad. I think an ad in the beginning and the end will suffice! No hate to your products, I just don’t like the ad in the middle of a workout, thank you!

    I will be doing this for 5 days and maybe more i will keep u guys updated ( i chose five days bec it will be my birthday so i hope it will be good:))
    Day1✅️: it was hard ngl buf i totaly feel the burn in my legs im sure when i wake up tomorrow i will not be able to walk💀💀💀and i have decied to fast for 4 days while doing this workout bec i want to maks the progress quicker anyways see u guys tomorrow;)

    Just started today, definitely a challenge but it feels good! The only one im really struggling with is the first part of the first exercise, it really hurts my knees for some reason, not sure if im lifting off the ground wrong or wjat it could be

    Woah! That was not easy lol. While I was doing the second to last exercise I could see all of my 11 line ab definition! I’m definitely going to do this specific workout more often to strengthen my obliques. Thank you Lily❤

    Please can you do lose upper and lower arm fat. I've been bullied for this and i want my arms to slim down

      Unfortunately you can't spot lose fat, so a special move isn't going to do the trick. Sometimes the real muscles we gotta build up are our self confidence so the words of fools have less affect on us.
      But if you want more muscle definition to show through your body fat, lifting weights for hypertrophy will do it best.
      Pilates is great to strengthen and tone but it's not going to build big muscles that will show through stubborn fat.
      Alternatively you can opt to reduce overall body fat and either Pilates or lifting weights can help with that, provided you manage your caloric intake and eat the right macros.
