I will do this for 2 weeks Day one- my face feels fresh and lifted! Day two-my face feels fine and its pretty red Day three- did this with my friend and I’ve started to see a slight difference!! Day four-WOW! I really see a difference in my chin! Day five- went on a diet and definitely helped lose the weight on my face quickly! Definitely recommend a keto diet Kinda forgot for a bit… 🤭 Day 6 ig..?- MY JAW HURTSSS but I slowly feel my face getting slimmer!! Day 7- my face had lifted!! (Like to remind me) 7 months later- imma be honest, this did absolutely nothing. I did this for a bit when I had a lot of face fat and nothing happened. My face is a lot slimmer now ( I don’t do these exercises anymore ) like all u need to do is eat healthy and exercise.
This is insane! I did this workout for two weeks and it really worked!! I finally have a toned jawline and my face is also less puffy! So if you have doubts for this workout, don‘t, just be consistent for a week. You can already see differences after one week! This is amazing!!
This probably is great, but I can tell you from someone whom has done facial exercises you CAN NEVER STOP, if you do the fat comes back and twice as bad. I wish these people would put that in there wonderful description. Just saying.
1 thing I learned from this video is that many people have commitment issues 😂 I scroll through the comments, and no one provided a proper update, even though so many said they'll do this for X amount of days.

ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!
Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: *IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS* (like my comment so people can see this important information).

Не можу сказати, що підборіддя цілком пропало, але воно таки зменшилося. Губи стали більші, вони прямо появилися в мене. Так що робіть, воно не багато по часу, але як приємна рутина для свого любого обличчя ☺️☺️

I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles. Really, i was struggling with double chin and face fat for years. But her exercises did wonders to my face. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻

Remember guys there's many factors to double chin. These exercise specifically focus on your jaw muscles and tighten the skin (that's the way to go if you have loose skin from poor posture and aging) but if fat is the reason, you have to exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. Be consistent with your routine and be realistic! 4-6 months and y'all will be looking sexy. And LOVE YOURSELF! We will never be committed if we don't love ourselves enough!

I started this exercise today, going to keep it up for at least 2 weeks to see the results. Day 1: Did it once. I have no visible jawline and my face is a bit chubby (will update tomorrow) Day 2: Did it twice today. I felt pain in my neck while exercising, extending up to the jaw area. Day 3: I did the exercise once. My jaw and neck hurt more. Day 4: Okay, so I forgot to update yesterday. I did the exercise once. A friend commented that my face looks slimmer, so I guess the exercise is working. The jaw hurts the same. I'm going to start today's exercise. Day 5: I did the exercise once, and my jaw didn't hurt as much today. My face looks slimmer (including the chin), but I also want to mention that I've been focusing on my diet along with exercise-cutting down on sugar, eating less junk, and drinking a lot of water. Day 6: I did it once today. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but trust me, my face fat has reduced significantly. My chin has also improved. I love the exercise and plan to increase the quantity.

Edited. Been doing this daily for 2 months without fail. My report. First two weeks: At first nothing happened, my face muscles just hurt a bit. A week in I noticed my cheeks were smaller so kept at it. At the second week the exercise that was giving me trouble (thumbs under the chin and message upwards) was going smooth as butter. My Face is a bit slimmer now but more importantly more define. I'll Keep at it. EDIT 13th of Jan Today I've been doing these daily for a month. I think it's really noticeable now. My face is slimmer with more definition around the jawline. Double chin is still a work in progress but I think it's slowly working. EDIT 13th of Fen Last update. My cheeks slimmed down and I get the impression my whole face lifted up a bit. Jawline is notable now which is impressive considering I have a round face. My second chin is still there sadly. Reduced and more tight if that makes any sense but still refusing to leave. These are now part of my daily routine so will keep at it but this is my last update. Results:- Slimmer cheeks, sharper jawline and lifted face. Reduced double chin but not by much.
@@corinne8560 I think the biggest change for me was the cheeks and the jawline. I have a round face so it's all cheeks, they really slimmed down since I started in December. I was hopping my second chin would be fixed but I guess 10 minutes won't fix what 20 years of slacking have done. Still doing those daily and I do think they work just slowly not like the miraculous changes the comments are making them seem to be.

Since everyone else here has commitment issues, I’ll update you guys daily- or nightly rather since i will be doing this twice a day, morning and night. (I’ll leave a few tips throughout the days) Oct. 27, Day 1 💚✅: MORNING!! I did this while my face had moisturiser, so my fingers would glide instead of pulling the skin roughly, I recommend this. I didn’t notice much of a difference obviously, because it’s the first day. NIGHT!! Done it again after a [hot] shower (helps lose weight, especially hot baths, but stay hydrated if you do these for long periods of time!!) . My face feels slimmer honestly, but I Don’t notice much of a difference. It feels very nice and I feel refreshed. Oct. 28, Day 2💚✅: MORNING ☀️, I cannot express enough how much I didn’t want to get up this morning and do this. Begrudgingly I got up and did, and I felt amazing, very awake and refreshed, my face felt bloated just a few days ago and this morning I feel like maybe it’s less bloated? Tip: try icing your face morning and night!! NIGHT 🌙, I feel refreshed after doing it, not much to report, (I was doing another exercise before this so I can see a difference in my double chin, it’s skimming down). TIPS!! Drink room temp water, I forgot how it helps in detail, I’ll put it down later, and also mewing helps! Day 3, Oct. 29 - 💚✅MORNING: totally was running late for school, I still did it but I felt less refreshed. NIGHT: Nothing to report, my nose looks slimmer though, could just be from my regular workouts. NIGHT: I was really tired, glad I did it though :). Day 4 Oct 30: I forgot to edit but I did it! MORNING! I did this then iced my face and I felt amazing! Honestly I feel less puffy when I do. NIGHT: Did it before bed, then went straight to sleep. Day 5 Oct 31 (HAPPY HALLOWEEN!) MORNING. I feel great honestly, more confident doing this exercise I would say it’s working especially with all else I’m doing (other exercises). NIGHT: not doing night! It’s Halloween!! Treat yourselves! END OF WEEK Honestly I’m gonna keep doing this exercise, I won’t do any more updates tho, maybe once a month if I do update
i didn't keep track of each day but I definitely see the improvement of my face and especially my jaw. additionally, what I observe in myself is this also helps me emotionally and mentally in seeing my face in a beautiful light. it is really not bad or ugly. it's fine, it is pretty enough either doing this workout or not.

I do the both 7 minute and this one right after I do my arm workout from this channel, honestly the face ones are relaxing and I see improvement of the arms too, it’s been about 2 days of doing both and I’ll update on the result! Update since you guys were asking! I definitely saw some improvement it definitely got ride of nearly all of my double chin after a week unfortunately I couldn’t continue because I was staying somewhere and I couldn’t do it but after a week it got rid of nearly all of my double chin, god my side profile looking right for school!

I'm going to do this until school starts (sep 3) or up until I get my desired results! :) Day before: i tried it to see how it felt, it felt nice and my lower cheek/ place above my jawline felt tight?? And I could feel my blood circulation for sure, my face also felt less puffy too (can't wait to try it, ill update my results ❤)!! It's really goodd I love it it helps losing face fat but ofc you should be on a calorie deficit or a healthy diet to see better results, I'm not saying you won't see results without them though. I also REALLY love to do this when I have a headache 😭 it helps me to feel better. Def recommend this and pretty much this trainer videos I've tried good amount of her workouts and most of the time it's so good💓💓

Ok I‘m gonna try this, hope I will stick with it! Day 1: ok I was not prepared that it’s actually a bit exhausting, really hope it helps because the shape of my face is probably my biggest insecurity at the moment, will update you if it helps Day 2 (morning): I wanna try to do this twice a day now because I read in the description that you get faster results if you‘re doing it once in the morning and once in the evening. And I now did this after my skin care routine so that my skin is still moisturized which feels better for all the exercise where you have to go over your face. Plus I now did it in front of a mirror to make sure I‘m doing the exercises right. So far I don’t see any changes. But it’s only the second day. Day 2 (evening): of course still no results but I‘m still hopeful. Also doing a Gua sha routine on top of it (this was also so far not successful) Day 3 (morning): done :) might see slight changes but could also totally making it up Day 3 (evening): done! But still can’t really see a difference Day 4 (morning): done! Still can’t see changes I think

This is insane! I did this workout for two weeks and it really worked!! I finally have a toned jawline and my face is also less puffy! So if you have doubts for this workout, don‘t, just be consistent for a week. You can already see differences after one week! This is amazing!!

This probably is great, but I can tell you from someone whom has done facial exercises you CAN NEVER STOP, if you do the fat comes back and twice as bad. I wish these people would put that in there wonderful description. Just saying.

ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!

Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: *IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS* (like my comment so people can see this important information).

Не можу сказати, що підборіддя цілком пропало, але воно таки зменшилося. Губи стали більші, вони прямо появилися в мене. Так що робіть, воно не багато по часу, але як приємна рутина для свого любого обличчя ☺️☺️

I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles.

Remember guys there's many factors to double chin. These exercise specifically focus on your jaw muscles and tighten the skin (that's the way to go if you have loose skin from poor posture and aging) but if fat is the reason, you have to exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. Be consistent with your routine and be realistic! 4-6 months and y'all will be looking sexy. And LOVE YOURSELF! We will never be committed if we don't love ourselves enough!
actually i'm very fit and still have an undefined jawline. a play tennis everyday and eat a healthy diet so that's not the case for everybody.

I started this exercise today, going to keep it up for at least 2 weeks to see the results.
Day 1: Did it once. I have no visible jawline and my face is a bit chubby (will update tomorrow)
Day 2: Did it twice today. I felt pain in my neck while exercising, extending up to the jaw area.
Day 3: I did the exercise once. My jaw and neck hurt more.
Day 4: Okay, so I forgot to update yesterday. I did the exercise once. A friend commented that my face looks slimmer, so I guess the exercise is working. The jaw hurts the same.
I'm going to start today's exercise.
Day 5: I did the exercise once, and my jaw didn't hurt as much today. My face looks slimmer (including the chin), but I also want to mention that I've been focusing on my diet along with exercise-cutting down on sugar, eating less junk, and drinking a lot of water.
Day 6: I did it once today. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but trust me, my face fat has reduced significantly. My chin has also improved. I love the exercise and plan to increase the quantity.

First two weeks:
At first nothing happened, my face muscles just hurt a bit. A week in I noticed my cheeks were smaller so kept at it. At the second week the exercise that was giving me trouble (thumbs under the chin and message upwards) was going smooth as butter. My Face is a bit slimmer now but more importantly more define. I'll Keep at it.

Today I've been doing these daily for a month.
I think it's really noticeable now. My face is slimmer with more definition around the jawline. Double chin is still a work in progress but I think it's slowly working.

Last update. My cheeks slimmed down and I get the impression my whole face lifted up a bit. Jawline is notable now which is impressive considering I have a round face.
My second chin is still there sadly. Reduced and more tight if that makes any sense but still refusing to leave.
These are now part of my daily routine so will keep at it but this is my last update.
Results:- Slimmer cheeks, sharper jawline and lifted face. Reduced double chin but not by much.

Good for you. Started doing this since November but I only see a bit of improvement. Maybe I need to compare my November face from today.
@@corinne8560 I think the biggest change for me was the cheeks and the jawline. I have a round face so it's all cheeks, they really slimmed down since I started in December. I was hopping my second chin would be fixed but I guess 10 minutes won't fix what 20 years of slacking have done. Still doing those daily and I do think they work just slowly not like the miraculous changes the comments are making them seem to be.

Oct. 27, Day 1 💚✅: MORNING!! I did this while my face had moisturiser, so my fingers would glide instead of pulling the skin roughly, I recommend this. I didn’t notice much of a difference obviously, because it’s the first day. NIGHT!! Done it again after a [hot] shower (helps lose weight, especially hot baths, but stay hydrated if you do these for long periods of time!!) . My face feels slimmer honestly, but I Don’t notice much of a difference. It feels very nice and I feel refreshed.
Oct. 28, Day 2💚✅: MORNING ☀️, I cannot express enough how much I didn’t want to get up this morning and do this. Begrudgingly I got up and did, and I felt amazing, very awake and refreshed, my face felt bloated just a few days ago and this morning I feel like maybe it’s less bloated? Tip: try icing your face morning and night!! NIGHT 🌙, I feel refreshed after doing it, not much to report, (I was doing another exercise before this so I can see a difference in my double chin, it’s skimming down). TIPS!! Drink room temp water, I forgot how it helps in detail, I’ll put it down later, and also mewing helps!
Day 3, Oct. 29 - 💚✅MORNING: totally was running late for school, I still did it but I felt less refreshed. NIGHT: Nothing to report, my nose looks slimmer though, could just be from my regular workouts. NIGHT: I was really tired, glad I did it though :).
Day 4 Oct 30: I forgot to edit but I did it! MORNING! I did this then iced my face and I felt amazing! Honestly I feel less puffy when I do. NIGHT: Did it before bed, then went straight to sleep.
Day 5 Oct 31 (HAPPY HALLOWEEN!) MORNING. I feel great honestly, more confident doing this exercise I would say it’s working especially with all else I’m doing (other exercises). NIGHT: not doing night! It’s Halloween!! Treat yourselves!

i didn't keep track of each day but I definitely see the improvement of my face and especially my jaw. additionally, what I observe in myself is this also helps me emotionally and mentally in seeing my face in a beautiful light. it is really not bad or ugly. it's fine, it is pretty enough either doing this workout or not.

It's really goodd I love it it helps losing face fat but ofc you should be on a calorie deficit or a healthy diet to see better results, I'm not saying you won't see results without them though. I also REALLY love to do this when I have a headache 😭 it helps me to feel better. Def recommend this and pretty much this trainer videos I've tried good amount of her workouts and most of the time it's so good💓💓

Ok I‘m gonna try this, hope I will stick with it!
Day 1: ok I was not prepared that it’s actually a bit exhausting, really hope it helps because the shape of my face is probably my biggest insecurity at the moment, will update you if it helps
Day 2 (morning): I wanna try to do this twice a day now because I read in the description that you get faster results if you‘re doing it once in the morning and once in the evening. And I now did this after my skin care routine so that my skin is still moisturized which feels better for all the exercise where you have to go over your face. Plus I now did it in front of a mirror to make sure I‘m doing the exercises right. So far I don’t see any changes. But it’s only the second day.
Day 2 (evening): of course still no results but I‘m still hopeful. Also doing a Gua sha routine on top of it (this was also so far not successful)
Day 3 (morning): done :) might see slight changes but could also totally making it up
Day 3 (evening): done! But still can’t really see a difference
Day 4 (morning): done! Still can’t see changes I think
Will do this for a week🙌🏻

DAY 4- I can see a drastic change on my change. Double chin started vanishing.
DAY 5- I can see my jawline coming. I'm so happy today.

heyyo! i’ve been doing this and the 7min face exercise for two days now (just finished doing my 2nd day like rn) and i think i see a difference! it may be a very very slight tiny difference, though it’s still a difference nonetheless. i’m gonna keep doing this two times a day and i’ll keep this updated :D

Day 1 ✅ (Jawline looks more defined and face shape more slimmer)
Day 2 ✅ (Definitely working, jaw defined, face slimmed down a lot)
Day 3 ✅ ( My face shape is different from before )
Day 4 ✅ (I didn't do the cheekbone massages because I am trying to avoid touching my face

Day 2- ✅️ no diffrence, did it again today
Day 3- skipped busy
Day 4- ✅️
Day 5- ✅️ my cheek bones hurt a bit, i recommend doing other work outs too with more movement in face muscle all together, still no change
