My one time boss told me I'm a very capable woman. I'm really proud of that comment. A friend once said "You Rock" about the way I tackle things. : D My mom's always telling me I'm beautiful and kind. Even my ex used to say I was special and valuable, and he made a point of reminding me from time to time, because he knew I'd need a top up.

If the two of you are compatible and open to falling in love, eventually you'll be vulnerable with each other. And when you do that, you can truly fall in love. If you wait it out and prove to your partner you aren't going anywhere, this person will almost certainly fall for you eventually.

    #### Summary- - Negative thoughts and self-doubt are common with low self-esteem, which can contribute to anxiety and depression.- Seeking external validation for self-esteem is not sustainable, as it relies on temporary factors.- Building self-love internally is crucial for healthy relationships and accepting love from others.- Accepting imperfections and forgiving oneself are key to increasing self-esteem.- Acknowledging one's gifts and unique qualities helps in accepting oneself.- Writing down compliments received can help recognize and embrace positive aspects of oneself.- Self-esteem is about feeling equal and enough, not being arrogant or self-centered.

Hi, thank you so much for all your words and help. Iam so thankful that you crossed my path. Can I ask for a video on how to deal or better yet overcome being very shy.

Thank you - I will see what I can do - but that is not my area of expertise. Here is something that might help - do you struggle with negative thoughts about yourself and others? If so watch my video How to Get Rid of Negative Thoughts ( and Improve Self-esteem ) ruclips.net/video/UDGBc1Iw5Mg/видео.html. That might help get you started. Sometimes we need to get out of our head and just practice being in the moment. Start with the people you feel comfortable with - literally just practice BEING YOURSELF. We all bubble through this stuff - do don't expect yourself to do it perfectly. Hope that helps.

@@MichelleFarrismft OMG thank you for replying. Yes I’ve watch all your videos and some of them more than once to see if things sink in. Iam a codependent, have anxiety, depression and unfortunately I’m also very shy, I’m a pessimist over thinker about myself and life. Again thank you so much for being so kind and helpful.

Yeah, it’s really gonna improve the relationship. Just ignore him. Take care of yourself they’ll come to you you know that won’t work. If they already doing what they’re doing let them do it you’re not having a relationship divorce him and you know what the next man and the next man and the next man, I’d be totally the same, if not stay single.
