In this specific case, from yoga. People are all different though, so there is not one right or wrong answer
@@sigis-mondi THANKS FOR THE REPLY..SO YOU DO GO TO THE GYM..IS THAT RIGHT? WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS THAT...IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THIS STRONG THROUGH YOGA..I DONT LIKE THE GYM ROUTINE THATS THE REASON AM ASKING..
@@vaishalis5539 it’s a very difficult answer. I personally saw people being really strong only doing yoga. What I also think is that doing poses like Karandavasana more than strength requires a great control of the body. Something you might notice in many yoga practitioners (especially male) and also Calistenics and gymnastics athletes, they have skinny legs, so less to lift. So at the end it comes also to our body proportions
Yoga gives one the strength, flexibility and gracefully. It’s not about power but about training one’s body and mind to be in union .
Well i did get into gym culture as well . But as time went on i found the main reason for gym to be a bit artificial (personal point) . I am a person who plays sports but doing gym did little to none for me in that field. Plus the amount of restrictions regarding the exercises made me lose motivation. Like i could barely lift above 10 kg in a inclined chest press but when i did a normal bench press it was much higher . Reason being that in bench press you can use your body to power your movement ( which is real life based) . In reality no one really just use bicep to pick up stuff. So if u are aiming for fitness yoga is much better with some little body weight exercises. Gym is for carving your body in a certain way. Hope i was not too long. It is my opinion again
