"Scotty Doesn't Know" is an absolute gem that will stick with you for years to come. It along with Matt Damon's cameo were pure unexpected gold. Not to mention the "Happy Anniversary, babe" was a whole different level of SAVAGE. 💀💀💀

Dude I worked with went to his old high school buddy's bachelor party. Two of the 3 strippers that showed up were his sisters. I'll never know why he shared that with us. He walked in to see them giving his buddy a lap dance. He said they both went instant deer in headlights. Apparently they'd told their family they were caterers 😅😅

Euro Trip is definitely my favorite of the late 90's early 2000's raunchy comedies the fact Matt damen is in it too 😂
Air Couriers: Used to be a thing, but not really anymore. The courier companies would purchase regular seats on commercial flights & use their luggage allotments to ship whatever it was they needed sent. They had to have a 'butt in the seat' on the flight, so they'd sell the seat at a discount to people who wanted to travel, but didn't need the luggage allotment (you could still do a carry-on). Most of the flights were fairly last-minute things, so you couldn't really 'plan' your trip(s). I signed up as a courier about 25 years ago, but never did it. Even back then, the majority of the flights on the West Coast were all going to Asia. Nowadays, air freight has pretty much replaced the need for couriers.
Absinthe: A real drink that was big in the 1800's. Is said to be a slight hallucinagen (hence seeing the 'green fairy'). Was banned from the US until 2007, so you can get it here now. Is drunk watered down with sugar cubes added. Tastes like NyQuil.
"Scotty Doesn't Know" is on my playlists because when I want a laugh, it shows up. Also, my family says, "Es-scuzzi" and laugh at each other because of the VIOLATION implied. Also, worst twins EVER. And I fear the green fairy because of their experience. LOL.

This is actually a spinoff of the Road Trip series, which is pretty much a byproduct of American Pie doing so well. Definitely give those a watch if you want a similar vibe and lots of laughs. There's also Sex Drive which is a similar mood. Great reaction!!!

I forgot all about this movie! I'm like a little kid at Christmas when Devin drops a new reaction. He's hands down in the top 3 of reactors on RUclips. I genuinely don't know how he's not got hundreds of thousands of subs.

35:50 - The exchange rate in this movie is greatly exaggerated. Even before Bratislava adopted the Euro in 2009, its then-currency (Slovak Koruny) in 2004 would have been about Kč28 (Kč53 in 2023) for every $1 U.S. dollar.
Also the movie ruined Bratislava. It was cheap, but then a ton of people started going there in hopes of it being like in the movies. When I went there, the cheap motels that were available were kilometers from the city center and were still more expensive than similar places in Poland, Slovenia or Bulgaria. And there was hardly anything to do. The only highlight I remember is the Cat Cafe.
@@masansr We are all adults here, no need to blame others. We all know movies don't ruin countries, it was people's a priori gullible minds that twisted their perception on what the world really is. Look at people around the world, all thinking in Mexico most of the people's transportation is horse, and they all wear ponchos and sombreros. But really? In this century where most countries have (for the most part) well established infrastructures and still, some people still think in some parts of the world are 3 centuries behind? Does that seem logical? Or are they just playing a fantasy and want it to believe it so bad as to ignore all logic?
Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia. This movie portrays it as a hellhole but I’ve heard it’s much more nicer than that.
