      Those bars are really good. You can do a lot with them. Also worth looking at paralettes. Body weight training is the way forward. I’m going to be bringing some content on this also. Still developing my channel but would love some support 👍

    List of exercises w/reps/holds 8:20
    2-4 rounds w/ 3-5 minutes rest between rounds:
    Regular pushups (modified if needed) - max reps 1:28
    Floor pull ups (pull up movement using band/tshirt/towel laying prone on ground) - max reps 2:26
    Bench/box dips - max reps 3:37
    Rows (underhand close grip on parallettes/dip station) - max reps 4:21
    Pike pushups - max reps 5:00
    Air squat with calf raise at top of squat - max reps 5:32
    Knee tuck hold on parallettes/dip station - max hold 6:30
    Knee raises on parallettes/dip station - max reps 7:02
    Plank hold on forearms - 30 seconds 7:25

    Everyone's talking about how the guys posture changes when he gets a compliment... I've been the same way, ever since I started seeing gains and getting compliments on how much better I looked I started to do the same thing. Now I walk with my head high which is something I never did before

    Please make a series of videos for Beginners, in which you can show from basic information of muscle movements, injuries, body part that used most in a particular excersice.
    So that they can get brief dynamics of Calisthenics, like they get easy information about bodybuilding.

    Hey. Long time healthy-eater, absolute fitness beginner here. Did one circuit last week and felt light headed afterward. Three days later I did one circuit again and felt OK; that was two days ago. I just did 3 circuits and I feel GOOD. Going for a walk now. Thanks a million for the video!
    P.S. Added a rotisserie workout at the end, starting with the plank.

    2.Floor Pull ups(Max reps).
    3.Bench Dips (Max reps).
    4. Rows (Max reps).
    5. Pike Pushups (Max reps).
    6. Air squat with calf raise (max reps).
    7.Knee Tuck Hold (Max reps).
    8. Plank Hold (30 secs).

    I just did this workout. I did incline and knee push ups instead since I'm trying to build up my push ups. I a woman by the way. I'm ready to get fit! I was looking for the best beginner workout all day and this was perfect. I did this routine twice through and it took me an hour. Body is feeling good though. 😊👏

      So my first week is under my belt. I'm able to complete the workout quicker now and i finally got my full range pushup back! I'm so happy! I can't wait to do a pull up again! Those rows are intense. I use the sheet in the door method since I don't have any equipment at home (quarentining). I'm getting deeper in the pike push up. At first i could barely crack my elbow but now my head is near the ground 😀. I'm going to come out of quarantine strong 💪🏼!

      Yeah. I just did alan thralls workout. Im trying to find some different shit to do. Actually really enjoyed working out in my backyard. My daughters swing set made the perfect pull up bar lol

    This is the perfect way of proving ur don't need a gym full of weight to be able to be in the shape of ur life. I wish I understood all this when I was a competitive sprinter I'm sure it would of help reduce my times which was 10.7sec at best. Never to late keep up these exercises to keep up sensible training to maintain a fit n healthy body Yo 🇨🇮🤜🤛🏅

    Just getting started on this workout. Took a rest on day 3 cuz I am weak as hell, but slowly trying to get there. I would definitely advice people starting out, to do some jumping jacks and basic warmups before doing this. Have 2 banans and some milk 30 mins before doing this. Really really helps with fatigue (believe me). Make sure to stretch (after the workout), helps a lot with muscle pains the next day. Search for calisthenic workout warmdown on RUclips.       Yea ..that was something i hadnt thought of an quite logical yet creative...it only makes sense. Gonna try those myself for a different angle for pullups from.the traditional bar style
