Thank you for doing a Beginner series. I've gotten serious about work outs since quarantine and abs & shoulders are my super weak points. So I need some beginner body weight exercises to help me strengthen them slowly. I think this is something I work with to really zone in on my abs. Thank you! 🤗💪🏾

We have a biggest loser competition in our family.whoever losses the biggest weight wins.There's a 10 grand at stake this coming Christmas.I hope I can I make it.I gotta try this tommorow morning.simple yet but I can tell this will burn my fats.I'm 5'7" 1/2 and already weighed 66.6 kgs last year.thanx for the motivation Frank!Wish me luck guys. 💪💪💪💪💪💪

@@danishzeb5001 I have not been as consistent with this as I would have liked to have been. I have been with the "Perfect Beginner Calisthenics Workout" and the "No Equipment HOME Back Workout." I combined those two and included some other shoulder/back exercises to help with my swimming. I ended up adding too many new things to my daily schedule and was overwhelmed a bit. Although I run and swim, I'm VERY new to the Calisthenics world.
