    Thank you for doing these videos. I have a back fracture due to radiation treatment for cancer. I’m cancer free but deal with back pain. Your routines are generally good for me but I modify if needed. Fun and motivating!

    I love your workouts. I'm 73 with bad knees so I find it a bit difficult but I really need to lose weight and get fit.

    I would like to it but have lot of pain under my feet because of my circulation of the blood and Morton’s neuroma, thank you love, send me some exercises standing or sitter. It’s not hard but at this moment I have slowed down.

    My thighs are ok, but my boobs wobble ! A scientist did an experiment; womens' breasts don't just jiggle up and down, but they spin as we walk, in a circular motion.

      At one time I use to weigh below 100 lbs. I wish I could be thin again. I hate being overweight.

    Your moves and the music is good and very important too, but you are not interacting with your audience. You should write or mention what you are doing and give a break in between. I love your smile😮. Good luck!
