Thank you for doing these videos. I have a back fracture due to radiation treatment for cancer. I’m cancer free but deal with back pain. Your routines are generally good for me but I modify if needed. Fun and motivating!

I would like to it but have lot of pain under my feet because of my circulation of the blood and Morton’s neuroma, thank you love, send me some exercises standing or sitter. It’s not hard but at this moment I have slowed down.

My thighs are ok, but my boobs wobble ! A scientist did an experiment; womens' breasts don't just jiggle up and down, but they spin as we walk, in a circular motion.
