I immediately subscribed and have been with you ever since. I appreciate the variety that you provide. I developed a plan of Monday & Fridays being cardio and strength; Tuesdays and Thursdays are for strength training with weights; and Wednesdays are for full cardio. I mainly look for the approximate 30 minute workouts; so thank you for all that you provide. It has really helped me to feel like I am taking care of my body!
I really enjoyed the side twist with arm stretch. This helped open up my chest muscles after shoveling snow the past days. So appreciate all the variations in your workouts.

Not sure if my shoulders are built too far forward or I am just inflexible in shoulder joint or tight in some muscle? Thank you for being here. I sincerely appreciate your efforts on our behalf.

Hi Lauren. I so needed these stretching exercises. I have sciatica (which truly hasn't flared in years!), but I developed it after having my second daughter from carrying her on my right hip. Now, history is repeating itself, and I'm carrying my grandson on my right hip or picking him up from a standing position. No hangover (I don't drink), maybe too much food, but mostly muscle pain, so this workout came in handy. I hope that you are having a wonderful weekend. 💖💖💖

Hi Cathy, I don't have a progressive guideline, but I do offer a weekly workout guide with a variety of workouts so viewers don't have to choose or "think" about what workout to do. If you are truly just starting out, then a workout like this one (video you commented on) is a great place to start or my seated yoga. No matter what video they are doing I encourage all my viewers to go at their own pace and level. My videos are easily adopted to individual fitness levels. You can always go slower, and start with really light weights, even water bottles are great! Hope that helps :)
