    On this Video I'm gonna sow you one exercise to work and improve your Flexibility. You will find it on 3 different levels:
    - Green level (the easiest version)
    - Blue level (a bit more difficult)
    - Violet level (the most difficult)
    If you can't do the violet level at once, just start slowly from the other colors and add complexity and speed everyday.

    My name is Antonio Brazalez, I'm a professional trombone player, educator and conductor leaving in Salzburg. I've played with SoundInBrass, Camerata Salzburg, Österreichisches ensemble für Neue Musik ( OENM ), Oh tone Ensemble, Orquesta de cámara del auditorio de Zaragoza (Grupo ENIGMA), Lungau Big Band, Scheibsta und die Buben, La Pulquería and others. I was subprincipal trombone on Philharmonie Salzburg for 5 years and currently I work as a Freelance.
    During my years I've studied with Carlos Gil, Inda Bonet, Ximo Vicedo, Dani Perpiñan, Dani Bonvin and David Rejano.
    On 2009 I'd suffer a focal distony that took me 8 years to recover.
    Trombone Lab is a Chanel where I'm gonna bring you a bank of exercises to work and Improve your playing. We are also gonna "Talk About" the hottest topics about Brass instruments playing.
    This Chanel is not only for trombone players. I think that this information can be useful for every kind of Wind instrument players, mostly brass.
    All the content that I talk on here are the result of years of learning and experience, not only mine, but also from the teachers and friends that, at any time, had share with me information on this matter. I'm not the most intelligent or wise person on this field. My intention is to serve you as a Chanel to share wisdom about these Topics.
