Avocado Oil contains over 20 vitamins and minerals.
1. it contains folic acid which can help to thicken hair and prevent hair loss
2. Contains vitamin a which is an antioxidant! Antioxidants nourish and protect hair cells
3. Contains vitamin e, also an antioxidant, it helps to reduce breakage

Hi. Thanks for sharing your great videos. I relax my hair, and I pick up a lot of tips from you because we have some of the same concerns. Coconut oil was beginning to make my hair feel dry, so I switched to avocado oil and that was a game changer. I kicked it up a notch by making a diy carrot oil using avocado oil as the base. The result was even MORE softness, moisture retention and shine. Stay well and God bless.

My hair loves Avocado oil, Olive oil and Jamaican Black Castor oil. Cant go wrong with those three.
Thanks for this video! I was looking at my 1st year of natural hair and now - my hair was so much thicker from root to end, like ridiculously thick. Now my ends are so much thinner even when I big chop. Maybe too much heat styling during summer, too many braid/twist/loc extensions without caring for my hair, too much styling and manipulation. I’m doing mini twists for a year and seeing how it goes.

I have made the fenugreek/msm/aloe vera gel recipe a couple of times. I use it mostly on my edges and I can see the progress my edges have. I also put my msm/and a few drops of Vit E in with fenugreek as the seeds are releasing nutrients in the water. Thanks. Super easy!

This is exactly what I am experiencing and been trying to figure out what I’ve been doing wrong. I don’t use heat or style my hair excessively (only twist hair and leave it) and it’s been shedding like a dog like you said.
I’m definitely going to try this. Thank you so much.

Comb: *barely touches my hair*
Comb: *breaks
The Creative Blue Berry It sounds like you have damaged or fine hair like me just make sure to finger detangle it’ll take longer but it’s worth it 😉
The Creative Blue Berry what u need to do is spray your hair with either water or oil in a spray bottle n trust me it’ll prevent that, that used to be me
@@amityblight4955 😂😂😂 When I detangle my hair, I like to use aloe vera juice. Its helped my hair grow a lot especially when its braided. But if you're allergic, water will do great.
