My personal hair growth journey of success, I myself adhered to this routine:
Take morning sunshine daily for vitamin D. Eat veggies of different colors. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free hair shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra's cocooonion oil. The sad part is most people who show these videos already have or had alot of hair at one point. The best thing to do is maintain what you have(keep it clean ,moist,don't were braids extentions, braid you own hair without extentions ,eat right, drink plenty water, exercise). Do the simple things that work for your whole body.

You have to add that you work out as well you’re always sweating out toxins. People your hair works from the outside in first. What this beautiful young lady is doing is in addition to a healthy diet, as well as a healthy active lifestyle which requires less stress and a positive mindset which she definitely has from watching her videos for years. I think people are overlooking your message. You can have all kinds of good hair products, use vitamins, but if you don't take care of your stress and have a healthy lifestyle, you aren't going to get the same results.

All I can say is wow! For context my hair is extremely damaged due to excessive heat styling and two bleach jobs. I just used the deep conditioning smoothies and leave-in conditioner and my hair has never felt better. I instantly saw some curls, wanted to cry! Thank you thank you for making these products!! Don't know how I came across your video but since I'm here I'm going to drop a compliment. You are so beautiful and I love your hair and melonin. I wear twists all the time and I once tried to wash my hair with the twists in. All it did was tangled my hair. So now I apply an olive vera prepoo and let it sit, sometimes overnight, and then detangle my hair using the finger method. I section my hair in four parts and shampoo each part individually and then rinse when I am in the shower. Time consuming...yes! But, it seems to work for me and I have mimimal breakage. I will definitely try this and thank you❤️

I usually had been drinking each of these separately, but sense I have all of these ingredients at home. I am going to try it as a spray.. on my daughter's hair I use aloe vera water w/ rosemary eo, and it has been growing great.

Hi Eugenia Kelcy and chat. I have been diagnosed with cancer. Every year I get my female checkup, last October I went in for my annual checkup, they contacted me and said they saw something peculiar. They did 2 mammograms, a ultrasound and a biopsy. On Valentine’s Day they told me I had cancer, they said it was stage 1 and the size of a M&M. When they cut me open, it was the size of a plum and stage 3. They took 12 lymph nodes, 4 came back cancerous. I did 4 rounds of chemotherapy, the second week of chemo all of my hair fell out, I mean all. My head was like a baby’s butt. I made some natural oils and put that on my scalp and kept massaging it often. Right now I have almost 1 inch of hair on my head. My kids told me that my hair grew so fast, as I was completely bald in June. I have pics I can show you, if you would like to see them. My question is, is there anything you or anyone in the chat, can recommend to me for hair growth. Or the cancer had spread to my lower back making t stage 4. They said only 2% of people have the cancer I had. Thank God it stayed isolated in my back and did not spread anywhere else. They also said where they cut me is still 1 centimeter of cancer, and there is 2 centimeters of cancer in my lymph nodes. I was supposed to have another surgery on November 18th, but I caught bronchitis. They did 15 days of radiation on my lower back in 5 days. They did that so I could have the surgery. The bronchitis lasted for 1 month. It was the most miserable thing. They did 2 chest X-ray and found a spot on my lungs. Tomorrow December 14th I go to the oncologist to get a blood test, to check my liver, kidneys and everything else to see if I can have the surgery, and they are going to do a cat scan of my chest, to see what the spot on my lungs is. On December 22nd I’m supposed to have the second surgery. I’m praying to God this time they get all of the cancer. I apologize for my post being so long. I have no family here and not many friends at all. So reaching out to you and the chat about what I can use to make my hair grow back, and discussing my cancer issue, really helped me, just to be able to reach out to people I don’t even know. Thank you so so much. And ladies please be careful with your mammogram, I get checked every year and they completely missed it. They said it was hiding. Love this mix…. I just leave it for a longer brewing time so its more potent.
I wash my hair in plaits (braids) instead of twist all my life for my hair would unravel if they were in twist, but it helps prevent detangle as you say.
I'm mixing fenugreek, neem and clove with essential oils for my braids.
Be careful with neem oil if you're looking to conceive, sis.

I use fresh rosemary fenugreek seeds star anise seeds bay leaves cloves flax seed inside of Aloe Vera juice
I’m going to try this. Can we also add rosemary, clove and fenugreek seeds to it? All three of those ingredients also aid in the hair growth and scalp wellness or would it be best to do this separate from the three ingredients I mentioned?
