Hello there! After watching this beautifully put together video, that has so much information that I didn't even learn in beauty school, I had no choice, but to subscribe! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I personally having been using coconut and extra virgin olive oil on my hair and my daughters hair for many many years. In the past 3 years I have just started using black seed oil and Jamaican black castor oil. They work amazing!!
Would you tell me how you use them and in what quantities please..x
Off topic, your nails look so cute in this video!!

New to your channel - thanks for a wealth of info. Can you grow healthy thick hair in your seventies?
Thanks & Blessings ☮️🙏🏼
You can actually if you’re very intentional, and you focus on your internal as well as external health. DHT blockers (like rosemary) are also very helpful when it comes to growing long/thick hair post menopause.
@@EfikZara Thanks for responding. I will take your advice.
