In my 90 days hair growth journey, I practiced yoga and exercises, massaged my scalp with oil 3 times a week, shampooed once a week, and used llitllextra reactivate hair serum. The outcome, my hair grew longer without any hair fall.

3 stems of rosemary, 2 tablespoons of clove , bring water to a boil, pour over rosemary and clove; add lid to glass bowl with water and rosemary, let sit. Color will change; strain after cooling. Pour into spray bottle. Can reuse clove and rosemary. Could probably grind into paste in oil. These were for my notes, but I thought I’d paste in the comments.

My brother used to have very fine hair on the top of his head, but he still had a hairline, just very thin. He lowered his stress, improved nutrition, and began using liitllleextra cocoonnnion hair oil shampoo combo. This worked and reduce his hair fall in just 4 to 5 months.

I am using LittleeExtra Cocoonioon shampoo since 5 months now and have gone through 3 bottles so far.
      Pros:
      1. The shampoo feels natural.
      2. Hair feels good after wash, particularly if you skip the hair oil.
      3. Yes, hair fall has significantly decreased over time.
      4. Scalp feels clean and it definitely works on dandruff.
      Cons:
      1. It doesn’t lather much, which means you might need to use a bit more.
      2. When I heavily oil my hair, I notice my hair remains somewhat sticky after washing, and a little oil can still be felt.

Hi! I'm a 46 year old white lady with 2 C waves, and I have been using this method for 3 months now. I have a couple of autoimmune disorders and also any kind of emotional stress causes massive hair loss for me. I was losing upwards of 250 hairs per day when I started, and now I lose less than 50. Also the growth rate of my hair has damn near doubled. It's growing 9/10ths of an inch a month now instead of the average one half inch. I wanted to thank you for this truly amazing recipe that works on every type and texture! You have truly saved my crowning glory. Blessings to you and yours!

I experienced COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I began to lose more hair than normal. You can get away with using dried Rosemary if you can’t get fresh or it’s too expensive. Some Vit E (pop a capsule and squeeze it into the spray bottle, and just shake before you use it every time) is a little preservative and is fine for your hair. It will probably last longer than a couple of weeks, and peppermint whether it’s essential oil, dried or fresh peppermint leaves, or even regular mint would work, helps cleanse and stimulate the follicles, so it’s often combined with Rosemary for hair growth. Just another option…if people need to modify for whatever reason.
Toss in some Sage, fresh or dry, for shine and also to darken grey hairs. Just steep it in the water, can even go an hour, or more. Even after it’s cool, it will still extract the properties. The longer you let it steep, the more is going to work on the darkening and prevention of greys.
I’m glad for this reminder, I’d forgotten about it. Thanks! 😊💕🙏🏼

I think many think its from covid, I would be more interested to know how many had the vaccine and how many vaccine top ups.. Seems to be many reporting in the last few months some serious side effects from the vaccines... many will think it was Covid, however injecting an unknown substance into your body will have some serious side effects in time... most vaccinations take 5-10years of trials before even getting approvals, covid vaccinations like AstraZeneca and Pfizer had them ready in mere months with near no trials, in fact humanity was the trial... amazing how many heart attacks and strokes have also escalated since the vaccine world wide, don't hear that on the news do you... we have been lied to in my opinion... most of humanity got injected with a poison of who knows what... I will point out that I own a hair salon, we have had a few women suffering with weak hair and breakage, a few also with balding patches, maybe the start of alopecia... my wife asked the usual questions like diet changes, medications, stress levels etc etc... all of them had had their 3rd vaccination shots, since the 3rd they had felt seriously unwell, one even had a stroke and she was only 54... a couple of them never had covid, however a few had caught it earlier in the peak... certain medications in general are renowned to cause hair and scalp issues, we have witnessed this for near 15 years in the Salon... The covid vaccinations will be no different, its going to take years before they list all the side effects...

You need to get to the underlying cause. If you have issues with your scalp/skin then I suggest you change your diet and give it a chance. Skin/scalp irritations are from what you eat and that's how your body is reacting to it. Usually from sugars and heavily processed food. Which is nearly everything that people consume. Grab a hydroponic garden if you don’t want dirt in the house ($99-600) size is the only reason why price hikes. Great channel. While you’re growing grow your lettuce, peppers and other natural herbs. To all of you ladies out there with Covid hair loss, please be aware that your hair follicles will undergo a normal 3 month cycle of growth stability and then the hair will fallout. COVID seems to have exaggerated this and even more hair loss occurs. Please don’t be discouraged it may take some months but your hair should follow what is for you a normal growth pattern in most cases. A dermatologist can explain this to you in more detail. All the best to each of you I understand how you are feeling.

Go to a Dermatologist and tell them to check your blood 🩸 to see if you are deficient in iron, vitamin D, B or other vitamins, minerals and nutrients that your body needs.
Be careful wearing tight braid styles. Get your sleep and take a vitamin supplement everyday along with collagen. Change your diet immediately. Get rid of the excess sugar. Also, GMO foods can contribute to Alopecia. Foods like corn, wheat, soy, etc can be harmful to human health. The GMO foods have been altered by man. They genetically alter the seed and your body recognizes that this is a foreign object and reacts by sending out white blood cells to attack the GMO foods that you have eaten. Then inflammation flares up in your body and starts attacking organs and your hair causing hair loss. Read your labels and buy foods that are God made not GMO and man made. If You want to extract more nutrients from each ingredient, I steep mine for 2-3 days and then blend and strain. It makes it more potent. You can also make a super potent oil by using the double boiler method for 2-4 hours then adding to a mason jar for 3-6 weeks (keep in a dark cabinet and shake daily).

Hello! Vould you please help me by giving me some more tips? Like how much of each ingredient and water. Ok you say to steep for 2-3 days and then blend. Blend what? Aren't both ingredients already together? Double boiler method, I get thr concept, but don't understand the measurements, how much water in bottom pot, and how much water in the top with the rosemary n cloves? Won't they at some point run dry?

@@adonissgirl8545 I just eyeball my ingredients honestly. I have a recipe on my page. I use cloves, rosemary, aloe Vera, star anise, and spring water. I boil them and with the ingredients keep them in the jar for 2-3 days. After the 2-3 days I blend them all together. I do maybe 2 tablespoons of cloves, 2-3 sprigs of rosemary, 3 star anises whole, a inch or so of a big aloe Vera leaf, and maybe 2 cups of spring water if I had to guess.

OM gosh, let's just say that I lost 80% of my hair and I had to shave my head down to about 1/2 in long from it being way past my shoulders. Always having fantastic strong hair and lots of it after a few weeks in the hospital with a covid 19 lung infection a few weeks later my hair started falling out by the hand fulls.
Much to my horror, I had no idea what was causing it, knowing at any time in our lives our bodies can turn on us, and things can start happening that we are resistant to. I just kept praying for the hair loss to stop and it was not so I took to the internet after several weeks of nearly 1/2 of my hair falling out.
I read up on several places that talked about covid 19 and the side effects and one was hair loss, to what degree I had no idea until I went to RUclips and started listening to others' stories. I cried knowing I was not alone in this but others were suffering in the same way I have been, I hope it all grows back and I could not take it any longer to wake up with my pillow full of hair, washing my hair, and clumps falling out, brushing it and clumps falling out each day.
Never in my life have I experienced such a thing and to think there are people all over the world suffering as I am is in a small way comfort having no idea myself what was the cause of it. I also have a much bigger appreciation for those who suffer from complete hair loss and especially children with cancer, alopecia, etc.
Please know that it's been 6 months since my first bout of covid 19 and I think that my hair is finally starting to come back in, it will take 4 years to get it to where it was pre haor loss, but I am alive and doing ok so gods grace has given me my life. If the sacrifice is losing nearly all of my hair then I must be ok with that.
I have looked into buying a wig and the thought of that on my head in the hot summer heat is so unappealing, that I do not recognize myself in the mirror, it will pass for all of us.
God bless and stay safe and well

So glad to hear your hair is coming back & that yoyr health is returning. Reading your story, it reminded me of my 30yo daughter who went to hospital a couple of years ago with a respiratory infection that developed into pneumonia. They had her in intensive care for a week & on some heavy duty antibiotics which caused severe hair loss. Happy to say after a year, she's got luscious locks again but it was a real concern & completely unexpected at the time.

I have a receding hairline but I’ve been growing my hair since December 2020 and my hairline looks better but still thin hopefully this does trick to give me a fuller hairline. From the comments I seen it helped people who were completely balding so hopefully this works wonders for me
