For the person who wants to grow their hair without going to a salon often: Been growing this bad girl for about 5y now, all with home remedies and I visit the salon 1x year; in the meantime, lots of castor and coconut oil, moisturizing often and I trimm only the double ends and fairy knots, like once a month or when I'm bored, lol. 75cm and still going, 'cause I want to reach 1m. As long as you take good care of your hair, eat well and drink lots of water, you're good to go, sis. The oils are a little help to do it faster and there's def growing shampoo you can try (works for me). Cheers.
What kind of hair growth shampoo did you use to grow out your hair? 🤔

The amazing thing about 4 type hair is that it is so architectural and able to be shaped in amazing ways. Really interesting how heat damage affects different thicknesses of hair. A beautiful cut, but even if she wants to renew her natural curl pattern it will feel so much better with those ends taken care of! Just gorgeous 💚💙💜
My hair is naturally straight and I don’t know why I keep on watching every video from this channel. I think its her, the love that I can see on how she handles everyone’s hair. It is whats keeping me here.
I even cried during my hair being relaxed for the first time. As the hairstyle was unfolding I released how good she is... I should've relaxed it sooner. Ohhh she blowdry and iron my hair in low heat...like she knew what my hair needed. She curled it and gave me a bob look since my hair is short. Thanks to the people like her and you who take pride in their work 🎉🎉🎉🎉. I didn't know a new hairstyle could leave happy and be a new person.

So I’m Mexican/Hispanic on my mom’s side and white boy on my Dad’s side. I have thick, course, curly hair that reacts to humidity like no other. I thought I had it hard, but I seriously have mad respect for you girls. Natural hair is obviously not easy upkeep. I have a really hard time with my hair sometimes, but I just wanted to commend these beautiful women and all they do to maintain being on top of their gorgeous hair and of life’s challenges in itself. I mean this with the upmost respect and am so interested in all it takes for African American men and women to maintain their beautiful hair. Total props... I never realized until watching videos from many influencers. Thank you for your knowledge and time to educate me in this!
This was a very sweet comment! I’m Latina and Caribbean with very thick curly/wavy hair, I don’t have the same gorgeous coily texture or shine as the client in this video, but when I watch these vids, I see other black women truly taking care of each other and it becomes “deeper than hair.” There is something spiritual about it. Oddly enough, this is female empowerment to me. Sure she charges for her services (as she should) , but the care in her work is priceless.
I can’t get over your talent! The way your client was just BEAMING when she saw her hair at the end was so beautiful. If I saw the before and after side by side I wouldn’t have believed that was the same head of hair, the final result looks so healthy and shiny!

I'm glad you spoke on being natural & using heat. I feel like with my hair, I've been natural for 15 years now, my hair did better when I was wearing it blow dried/straight. Now that I'm not using any heat & more natural hairstyles (braid/twist outs) it feels like my hair is just doing ok. Length is there, however, it's thinning. I’m trying to figure the same thing in Cleveland I don’t want to go to any salon I don’t want damage my hair is already low porosity and natural...
Yess people are so one track minded.
Her hair is so pretty, it’s amazing how a cut can make your hair look so full. Love watching these videos I find them so relaxing.
Her voice is soothing. Between hearing it and watching hair makeovers, it’s a perfect time to meditate and relax.💜
😇😇😇
this is amazing but can we just take a moment and apreciate her doing all of this with nails..
Every strand of hair counts. And Jesus knows how many hairs that are on our heads. Love it.
Amen 👏🏾
She looked real nice with the haircut. It will grow back better because she had cut off the damaged ends.
You did a wonderful job with this young woman’s hair. It looks so soft and silky, in much better condition. ❤️
So like.. I technically have no reason to watch videos like this cause 1) I’m a white dude and 2) I have no interest in hairdressing etc. (Though I did just buzz my hair into a mullet😂)
But like watching natural hair get cut after being blown out is so satisfying, and your videos are so calming/relaxing to watch and you’re just so positive! thanks for the great content and quality 💜💜💜
Couldn't relate more haha
Lol you don’t need a reason😂I love watching videos like these too!
@@kaylabean3693 fair enough haha. I’ve had multiple friends ask why I’m watching a lady work on natural hair and I’m like.. idk, she’s so positive and calming, and watching natural hair be “dressed” (idk the hairdresser lingo) is just so satisfying. Especially when she blows it out and starts cutting it 😍
Thanks for watching!
Ahhh
I’m Asian and my hair is straight like a ruler. 😑Black people got so much more options when it comes to hair styling. 😍 Love your channel and your positive energy! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks. However some of us hate our hair, not our fault though, we were taught to but happy to see so many of us going natural and have learnt to love our hair. Also thanks to a lot of youtubers who are showing us, how to care, style and love it.
I’m also Asian. My hair is 90% straight with sometimes a little wave. I get all excited when I get more then a straight lol lol
Not all.blacks.my hair is so straight a bob is all I can do and even the stylist can't keep it from going flat. Sprit and freeze etc takes my hair right out

Omg she and her hair are so cute! I loved seeing her beautiful happy smile at the end. I love when my ladies feel amaze! Yessssss! This was so perfect. Gave me life today watching this video! ❤
She’s so pretty. I love this cut it came out so nice I wasn’t sure you were gonna be able to salvage it but Idek why I ever doubted you

The smile after...She was feeling herself..😄 her hair looks so good
Am I the only one who find it relaxing watching her cut split ends 🤔

what a pretty young lady. You did a fabulous job on her hair. This show is so relaxing. Thank you for all you do for your clients.
Her hands are so gentle on her clients. I’ve had haircuts where the stylist treated me like a pet groomer! PS The final result looked AMAZING!!!

I’m a Caucasian woman with long fine hair and I’m obsessed with this channel. I hope people don’t get offended but I can’t believe what black women have to go through when it comes to their hair! It gave me an entirely new perspective and appreciation. Not to mention the expense of maintaining it. The various styles are amazing.

I am awestruck by the amount of work it takes to care for this type of hair. But also mesmerized by the change, the glossiness, the creative styles you come up with. Can't stop watching your videos. AWESOME!
The shrinkage was the lie and your blowout was the truth! Sis had some length. Love it!💪🏽👏🏽😍

You took excellent care of her hair when blow drying and that speaks volume! So gentle without pulling her hair out. You're a gem! Much needed in the natural hair world.
You're so positive! I love hearing you say "but thats not a problem"

Yes, we want the at home hair trimming video please.
I couldn't wait to subscribe to your channel when i saw how you cared for your client's hair. I've been able to correct so many of my mistakes while flat ironing my hair. Thank you for your lectures
Aww, I absolutely loved her smile when she seen how fierce her hair was looking. Amazing!!!!
@@lazymusician10 I don't think the brand I use matters, bc I'm Brazilian and brands differ. But it's Salon Line's SOS growth (translated).
Edit: Forgot to mention two others I use, but I'm not sure if they exist in other countries: Lola's Rapunzel line (comes with shampoo, milk spray, and a tonic, which is the best) and a Jamaican kit called Crece Pelo (comes with shapmoo, conditioner, mask, and tonic).
@ Oh okay, thank you for letting me know.

Right!! Something about them is so relaxing!! I want her to do my hair so bad!!
OMG JAVI I LOVE YOU
The amazing thing about 4 type hair is that it is so architectural and able to be shaped in amazing ways.
She always make every head of hair look so pretty. I love the different blue nails too on each hand.👍🏾❤️
@Shakira Writes I was thinkin the same thing about her nails they are always nice looking
Thank you!
My ptsd was triggered when the hot comb came out. I was flinching with every stroke 😅😓
You and me BOTH! 😖
I was really holding my breath like I was the one in the chair. I got flashbacks😩
Oh gosh me too😁
😂 I had to skip pass that part it really had me stressing
I've never had a hot comb used on my hair, but have heard the stories from friends. I also flinched.
From one hair stylist to another, you did a beautiful job! The best part about our job is seeing the smiles on the clients faces once we turn them to face the mirror. Priceless!!

U r the best person ever

Genuinely wondering why 1.3k people dislike this video? She loves her hair and the stylist seems amazing
Because she cut her hair off. Tons of people love to hang on to damage for “length” not understanding it will break anyway. Soon as I saw that first section cut I knew the naysayers would pop out. Regardless of the client being happy.
@@madebymidnite the minute those shears show up, it’s like they get on edge with their finger on that dislike button. 😆

It used to be really thick & now not so much. I love a good Bob hairstyle. It's such a classic & timeless hairstyle. I Love your content & I'm a NEW Subbie
