Thank you for showing that it isn’t just genetics. Everyone’s hair grows, most people just don’t know how to retain length. I believe anyone can grow long hair if they are healthy and know how to take care of it.
I started using natural products off Etsy like you recommended in one of your early videos. I started using homemade natural products too with fenugreek. I plaited my hair in 8 and would wear a wig, take down weekly to wash my scalp and deep condition, sometimes I didn’t even unloose the plaits, and my hair retained length like crazy and became stronger, might I add I have scalp issues that I treat with a prescription and even with that my hair thrived, keeping things simple was key.
I also found Etsy has the best actually natural hair products. Unlike a lot of what these major companies claim their products aren’t all that natural or well formulated for type 4 hair at all
That's what i am doing now. I have glueless wigs, at the end of the month i do a ACV rinse for my scalp, then a Moisturizing shampoo. Then i do a protein treatment and then a deep conditioner. I end it with leave in conditioner and seal my ends with grease. Taking the braids out is too much lol But after like 3 months i do take them out and redo them

My hair doesn’t mind being manipulated, but it prefers and grows better when it is left alone. So, protective styling is so important to me and I would love an in-depth tutorial on how you did your protective style shown in the beginning of the video
I've been applying this hair growth serum of reactivate littleexttrra for quite a while now and happy with the outcomes I have got with it... it is my 3rd bottle now. This one has to be applied to the scalp so it performs like magic to a dry scalp. I use it usually before going to bed and just massage it well into my hair....and wash it the next morning. I have seen hair growth and improvement in my hairline.
I've been using reactivate serum for 15 weeks, and I'm really impressed by the results. My hair feels stronger, looks better, and the quantity of hair fallout has apparently reduced. The serum is easy to apply, non-greasy, and has no fragrance.
appreciate your advice.. I also added reacctivate hair serum plus cocoonnion shampoo, conditioner to my routine. now that it’s been 30 days, I can see a lot of new growth on my scalp
The very secret to long hair is maintenance but also FINGER COMBING and this is what people r not sharing, the less comb u put your hair through the more length u ll keep. Tried it for my kids who r real 4c and they have retain their length, of course most of us can't just do finger combing, u can comb but not all the time and use a wide teeth comb. Also if u keep your hair most of time stretched it is easy to do finger combing.
finger combing has never worked for me - I think it's fine if someone else is willing to do it, but it just makes doing my hair take HOURS vs. much faster with a comb. I had waist length hair (stretched) and, no - after a couple of small sections I was like - ain't nobody got time for this. Literally like trying to separate each hair strand trying to detangle it. I cut about 9-10 inches off my hair because the ends were thinner at the bottom than the top. My hair is still really long, but now I'm trying to figure out how to get it to grow to knee length - natural, not stretched - so now I am starting to watch all these natural hair videos again looking for tips and tricks. What I've learned the most is that - everybody is different and just because something works for one doesn't mean it works for all. I like using a wide toothed comb because it makes detangling my hair easier and less maddening. I wish I could just to the salon every couple of weeks and let someone else wash and massage it and condition it - until then, gotta put in the work myself. I might try finger detangling one more time. Also, I usually wash my hair in the sink, but I need to buy a hair washing outfit because I think washing hair in the shower might be less damaging - the hair stays in one direction and you're not flipping it back and forth like you would over a sink. Only problem is - getting totally wet every time - which is annoying. Anyway, I need to find out the right mix of products for my hair. Everything is so expensive that trial and error is really not an option right now. I hate that black hair care products are 2-3x more expensive than others.
I love how much you EXPLAIN! You apologized for the bio lesson but girl, some of us really need and prefer that, lol! So thank you! So glad I found you tonight! Heading to buy your whole line cause our hair is very similar and I know what you’ve made will help me!❤
First off let me start by saying your are extremely smart, beautiful, and natural at this. Im starting my new life journey over in every way. I have been natural for about 7 months. I am learning my hair texture and everything else. I’ve never had time to make love to my hair but I’m about to purchase all of your products you are amazing and so inspiring I love you.
I want to say i have 4b/4c texture hair and i wanna say the end of last year i started to feel like i hit a peak to where i felt like my hair wouldn’t grow past a certain length but this video just motivated me! I want to try that shampoo/ conditioner/ leave in and oil from this line ❤️

When you are on a hair journey or a routine to bring better results, whether it’s hair growth or losing weight or anything that you want to improve. Yes I know, I could’ve bought a couple of books and looked at you tube tutorials to figure it out but this is what I did. What I found out was a couple of things that I take to heart with my waist long hair. 1. Wash your hair twice and condition once like they do at the beauty shop. 2. Each shampoo and conditioner are either for protein, moisturizers, or clarifying shampoo; you need them all. You need to know how your hair feels, bc your hair tells you when you put too much product on it, to use clarifying shampoo. When your hair breaks off and it’s coarse, you need moisturizing shampoo. When your hair has no shine and it won’t behave you need protein. Before you know it your hair will start growing. It’s like taking care of plants. Give it food and water, water, water don’t skimp on the water and your hair will thrive, trust me on that. Don’t forget to trim your ends to keep your strands healthy. The women in my family have lost their hair at the crown of their head, and the hair is thin and whimpy. My mother and sister wear wigs and my aunt always wears a beret, (a hat). I don’t.😊 If you want to know why I haven’t taught them is bc my mother and aunt are much older and could care less and my sister is older than I and doesn’t want to listen to her younger sister. I go by, if you want better than do better and ask God for help before and after you do it and He comes thru for me every time.😊
Eugenia, your hair just keeps getting longer and healthier every time you upload a video! How long do you keep your protective styles in, and can you make a cornrowing tutorial video?

Sometimes I will wear a wig on top of it if I’m not ready to take the cornrows out and when I do take it out, I may wear it out like that for about a week or twist it. It really depends on what I’m feeling but I always make sure to take care of it and not manipulate it as much. Hope this help🫶🏽💕
Im so proud of you. This is the first video ive watched with you. I love your delivery and content so much I went ahead and ordered your products. Continue to seek the Lord first in all you do. Keep up the excellent work.
it’s so crazy I just found your channel. I watched one of your videos from three years ago when you were talking about how you were coming out with a hair care line and now i see it right here! This is amazing. Your products look beautiful💕 and they seem like they smell so good!! and are gonna work wonders🙌☺️
I always underestimated heat damage. So I was always natural but I falt ironed for many years. My hair was always long but stopped at the waist and i always wondered why. It also thins at the ends. When I stopped flat ironing is when my hair thickened and grew past that point. So go FULLY natural and oil your hair, especially the ends. Keep it stretched and the wait, after 3 months is when you see the thickness. After it becomes thicker it will evenly start to grow thick and healthy.🎉🎉🎉😍 Oh and hot oil treatments and deep conditioning of course. Love hot oil treatments over night.
Your energy is like a breath of fresh air and you are absolutely glowing sis. Also the part when you zoomed in on your dad's head made me giggle 😂 begone, "it's genetics!!" crowd

Thanks Ma'am! I've been following your videos and trying some of your recommendations and they're very helpful. The way you're so gentle with your hair is great! I usually wash my hair by myself but I visited the salon few times when I was super tired and out of my shampoo. Jeez! They don't really have all the time and patience like we do. I resorted to doing it myself. 😂😂 It's been a great time on your channel. God bless you real good!

Hi thanks for this video, I've been wearing crochets for yrs and my hair is not growing like it should. I need to take better care of my hair, im an older lady and appreciate u. Thank u and your hair is beautiful 😍
Thank you for this video!❤ I started growing my hair out 4 years ago when the pandemic hit . I was using relaxers in my hair was coming out.. Years II chemically straightened my hair it never grew past my collarbone. Now that I'm natural it is growing at a rapid pace. This is all new to me in taking care of what I considered long hair. I want to see how long it will grow. I am taking tips from women who are letting their hair grow long. I made a list of the things that I see you use in your video and I love your shower head it's narrow and you can get it exactly where you want it.. I'm up in age and this will help my arms from getting so tired. You are such a pretty girl, keep making videos that inspire us women to be naturel!

currently watching this video through tears in my eyes because of how low my self-esteem has gotten as a result of the way my hair looks. I'm so depressed every time I look in the mirror. I wish I could ask you for advice in person.
So I'm not Eugenia but she definitely has 4c hair, I feel like your hair is that way because it's probably short and I don't think you moisturise it enough. But mostly because it's short. My hair also only grew up and out until it passed armpit length then it became weighed down and it began getting hang time however when wet it shrinks and if it dries with zero product it still sticks up and out instead of down. It also isn't springy when I do not moisturise it enough. I hope this helps.
@@baddestbeatzbyk58 hi, no i didn’t find that rude at all. Yes my hair is 4c and it’s growing down bc it’s gotten long enough to where gravity just bring it down. The springiness you are referring to is hair elasticity, it shows how healthy your hair is but I also think mine is more noticeable bc of the length and products used💕🫶🏽
I don't have the same type of hair like you but it is still VERY curly and being gentle is my #1 priority and tool that I've used to keep my hair healthy and it's grown about 2 inches a year, this past 4 years which may seem slow but before then I was doing too much and it stayed shoulder length since I was like 13. My protective style is simply a soft messy bun as to not tug on my hair follicles but it protects my ends but it allows my to brush my hair often to remove the sheded hair so my hair stays cleaner longer and I only wash about 1 a month but I can go longer is I really wanted to 😅but yes for me less is definately more but it took FOREVER my me to understand. And when I say less is more like.i don't use any products at all and my hair is sooo.much healthier for it.
I started using just leave-in-conditioner conditioner on my hair and boom! I seen results in less than two weeks, from my jaw bone to my neck already!!! Please note, I'm managing a relaxed hair 😂 You just have to find a routine suitable for you my sisters 🥰 Then your good to go!
hey im new to your channel and already loving the content so much! I also wanted to say that I adore you for not using a hair tool like a comb or detangle brush to detangle your hair! sometimes that can also cause extra breakage, Because I have lost way more hair using a detangle tool, but at the end of the day being gentle with your hair in general is the most important, Thanks for the video!!

Thanks for being real in your video... I'll take my hair care routine more seriously from now on
Your moisturising game is top notch🔥💜
I can see the instant hydration your hair looks after moisturising. Love that for you.
I really just ordered and received everything you used in this video including the clips. Thanks for these products and tutorials.
I'm using your moringa and fenugreek home made treatment on my daughter's hair for a while now. Her haven't grown in length much but it's healthy.
After it becomes thicker it will evenly start to grow thick and healthy.🎉🎉🎉😍
Oh and hot oil treatments and deep conditioning of course. Love hot oil treatments over night.
DICAS MARAVILHOSA, OBRIGADA ❤🇧🇷.
Your energy is like a breath of fresh air and you are absolutely glowing sis. Also the part when you zoomed in on your dad's head made me giggle 😂 begone, "it's genetics!!" crowd
I’m excited to start my new hair journey! Thanks for sharing!
You can tell this woman is a child of The Most High. 😇😇😇😇 Much blessings to you always Eugenia!
I'm big fan of your hair product.. I started using them two month back & all what i can say they are amazing i recommended it to my followers .. I wish you all the best ❤🌹
I definitely agree with watching a movie while untwisting. I watch a couple old movies. The time passes without being in a hurry.
Any movies suggestions? 🥺
@@eugeniakelcy8676 I watch old Black and Whites. Double Indemnity is great. So is Casablanca and Maltese Falcon. All Oscar winners!
@@geerowr.6666 omg What!! Im such a Hitchcock fan and I be watching all the 90s stuff too. When I read Maltese falcon, my brain literally went “the stuff dreams are made of” I need more recommendations for stuff I haven’t seen🥺🫶🏽
Paris Blues...Black Girl...that's a famous African movie.
@KaliMaeKmyassh-lm6ix Yes I love Paris Blues, starring a very young Dianne Carroll and Black Girl , a famous African movie.
So beautiful. Like a living doll. We have different hair types, but I still enjoy your channel, and find it helpful.
I have several favorite RUclips hair growers and you are one. thanks so much for your tutorials that has helped me To reach near waist length. It is definitely trial-and-error.
Beauty at its finest
Thanks Ma'am!
I've been following your videos and trying some of your recommendations and they're very helpful.
The way you're so gentle with your hair is great! I usually wash my hair by myself but I visited the salon few times when I was super tired and out of my shampoo. Jeez! They don't really have all the time and patience like we do. I resorted to doing it myself. 😂😂
It's been a great time on your channel. God bless you real good!
Thank you for mentioning this. Was planning to get my hair washed at the salon ones I take my braids out thinking they would take good care of it than I do
Hi thanks for this video, I've been wearing crochets for yrs and my hair is not growing like it should. I need to take better care of my hair, im an older lady and appreciate u. Thank u and your hair is beautiful 😍
I just ordered. Please do a video on the science of our 4c hair :) I’d love that
Thank you for this video!❤ I started growing my hair out 4 years ago when the pandemic hit .
Are we just skipping the fact that she look so good and her hair omg
Your hair is absolutely gorgeous!!! Thank you so much for this hair inspiration 😍
Her hair really is beautiful 😍
I'm so sorry. I didn't hear a word you said. Too busy admiring your BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL skin 😍👌🏾😍👌🏾😍
It would be so cool if you started a hair journey to grow your mothers hair to tail bone length too!! 🥰😆
Omg i been trying to but she doesn’t listen to me 💀 Best bet is my brother and I will be uploading his soon💕🫶🏽
@@eugeniakelcy8676 what is the name of your hair growth products and where can I order them from? What kind of towels you use to dry your hair with? I want one of those as well too. What kind of shampoo, 10:17 10:17 which one of these would be suitable for me. I have soft hair. I have soft curls perms that is called wave by design professionals finishing lotion and finishing mist activator. Does your products have any biotin in them? I started going back to curls perms last year in December 17th 2022 and I don't use a comb, a pick and a brush. I use my fingers to my hair and I would spray water on my hair AND put finishing lotion and finishing mist activator on my hair and gently massaging my head and style as usual. Again please tell me how I can order your hair growth products please and thank you ma'am for your help today alright Chow.

Your hair is beautiful! Thank you for all of this information, I learned a lot actually. I will add these tips to my routine I would love to get to waist length by the end of next year
I’m definitely too rough with my hair ,I have been spending more time tending to it though , these are great tips and product knowledge ❤
That’s so smart to moisturize while taking my braids down
Hair and product branding look amazing 🥰
I've missed you, Kelcy.
I came here as fast as I could!
I just received my leave in conditioner and I am in love with new container and the beautiful box it comes in❤
1. Please I want to ask if you wash your hair with cold or hot water 2. And please I want to ask how many times a week you put hair oil and cream in your hair. 3. And please I don't use wigs and braids, so please what natural hair style can protect my hair and in the winter too.
currently watching this video through tears in my eyes because of how low my self-esteem has gotten as a result of the way my hair looks. I'm so depressed every time I look in the mirror. I wish I could ask you for advice in person.
Oh no :(!! Please email me at kcurlsyscosmetics@gmail.com with any questions, if you can’t share here. Would love to help in any way I can 💕🥺🥺
So I'm not Eugenia but she definitely has 4c hair, I feel like your hair is that way because it's probably short and I don't think you moisturise it enough.
The springiness you are referring to is hair elasticity, it shows how healthy your hair is but I also think mine is more noticeable bc of the length and products used💕🫶🏽
SHES SO GORGEOUS
This was perfect timing because I’m getting ready to comb my locs out and I NEED to know how to get my loose hair healthy again.
Your products are awesome! It has improved my hair so much. Thank you❤
I started using just leave-in-conditioner conditioner on my hair and boom!
I seen results in less than two weeks, from my jaw bone to my neck already!!!
Please note, I'm managing a relaxed hair 😂
You just have to find a routine suitable for you my sisters 🥰
Then your good to go!
What a barbie doll you are! Thank you for your detailed information. I really appreciate it!
hey im new to your channel and already loving the content so much!

(1) You’re absolutely stunning, sis! 👸🏽💖💙
(2) How long did it take you to grow the middle 6 inches? My hair had been stagnated at “chin length” when I started using Ayurvedic hair techniques last month. It’s too soon to see any real difference, but it would be cool to get an idea of the possibilities. 🥰🙏🏽💖
Are you able to make a fragrance free version of your hair products? For those of us who have fragrance sensitivity?
