Nicely done!
This project totally made me want to chase down the next DIY project!
Would of been nice if you showed how to measure and cut for angles
Love it
So beautiful!
Very helpful, thank you
Great job
All that you showed in this video was how to caulk and now the wood you did not show any of the angle cuts by the stairs which would have been most beneficial
About to do my Christy Impression and install Shiplap in my daughters mud room...
How did you figure angle cuts?
When you ship lap over a wavy long wall, do you shim the backs of the planks?
What did you use to bump out the electrical box?
Did you have any butt joints? I do. Can you recommend a brand/product appropriate to blend butt joints? Everyone says something different. I'm not afraid of the tedious work but don't want cracking and shrinkage. FYI- my shiplap is on the ceiling if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.
What are your ideas of trimming out the door if you were to take the shiplap only about halfway up the wall?
How do you figure out angle cuts??
bosch makes an air nailer?
How would you install in on a metal framed wall?
Es lo más fácil yo lo hago con los ojos cerrados
I would
Why would you not put the top nail in the tongue, so it’s covered by the next piece?
This works better with narrow boards or flooring, but for shiplap siding, it's best to nail through the top and bottom of each board where it crosses a stud.
@@FineHardwoods I realize this is from a year ago but wouldn't you want to conceal the nails? I guess you could set the nail gun to drive the nails just below the surface then go around and fill them before painting. Personally, I wouldn't want nails showing.
Woodglut is a good solution for every woodworker.
No explanation of angle cuts or outlet cuts.
