14:12 The "gear" argument makes sense. It doesn't matter if you are using or not. Do all the sets (6 maybe 7) with purpose and focus at the weight you can handle to get the gains. Very good point.
Seth, you give out such great advice. Returning the favor I have an exercise that was shared with me by and old timer BB that isolates the trap. Its a pulldown but instead of grabbing the bar, you grab with the wrist. Begin lay your wrists over the bar approx. shoulder width apart, seat yourself in and the object is to move the bar behind your head. No need going too heavy. Squeeze on the bottom and get that contraction in.

I've always been lean but wanted to gain muscle and commit to getting myself healthy again after 3 kids. I always made excuses; I'm tired, I don't have time, don't know my way around a gym or how to start, etc. I said fuck it and just started.. I finally started lifting. Started 6 months ago, I train 5 days a week and I cannot believe how my body has responded. I watch a lot of body building videos on how to lift, watching their techniques and then I apply it at my next session. Your videos have been SOO helpful for me! This is awesome. Great motivation, was doing the whole workout and realised I'm not struggling nearly as much as you so ended up throwing on much more weight. Thanks to the "warm up" (which usually is like my workout for the lats) I got so much more connection to them throughout my whole workout.
