Continuing to mention it? I mentioned it once. I was simply replying to a stupid comment. Only an ignorant fool would consider this meathead a genius. It's funny how I made one comment and you are claiming that I am continuing to mention his physique. Honestly, it doesn't impress me at all. I follow natural bodybuilders. You should stop replying on youtube and go buy some roids

@Thor Odinson I stopped lifting after 10+years back in late 05 and It was all still only magazines then. I started up again two years ago next month and its a whole different world online now lol. That said im glad I'm not starting in this digital age given the amount of conflicting information out there with the internet and youtube in general. Im thankful that i learned what works for myself through a little information and trial and error as opposed to many kids i see these days citing different studies etc as opposed to trying out things for themselves.

Hi Seth, I just turned twenty this year, I would love a video on calves as this is where I am struggling the most. Also it would be greatly appreciated if you could discuss diet plans for younger bodybuilders. And maybe a few cardio tips if possible?
Thank you for the help, I am a huge fan!
