Hi Mira I discovered recently your channel and really enjoy your sessions. I really appreciate the originality of those challenging moves you are learning us. As a regular intermediate daily fitness practicer I was looking for alternate exercises from the ones we usually find in YT channels, and as a matter of fact I got a little bored by Yoga and Pilates workouts. And as a 68th year man I am far from succeeding every exercise, but work is what is all about. Thanks again for the energy, precision and enthusiasm you bring. This was a great leg & hips workout. I'd love to see your full body workout (so many focus on core, which is great, but love getting in focus on legs, arms, and back too). Thank you for sharing. I'm a shaking, sweaty mess!
Yes! It can be hard to tell when our feet get weak, as we have them in our shoes most of the time. Taking off our shoes lets us build strength, flexibility and balance back into our feet.
