Finally a car tutorial with commentry in 1 shot . 😯👍👍👍
the result of this tutorial is so beautiful, convincing me to download blender and starting to learn it...
Go for it! ;)
Still on it? (:
just do it
@@rolfrolfsohn7714 Definitely not :)
Please make more videos like this, it was an amazing experience !!
When my dad was 14 he bought a 1965 mustang, and rebuilt it, it wasnt a fastback, but it was a complete rebuild, cool to see it in blender
Friend please set your monitor resolution to 1920x1080 when you are recording, trust me it is really painful to watch this video on a small monitor
No kid
@@Mrkareem-qe8jo 😢
@@Mrkareem-qe8jodamm chill. He means to say its hard to see the texts in the video
It's probably just youtube compressing the video
Couldn't see the vertices and edges :(
Was extremely helpful.I was dissapointed that every tutorial I followed, I coultn't do.This one turned out to be amazing.
Awesome!
@@polygonrunway Do all cars follow the same process of modelling? I just wanted to make a car of my own.
I'm a complete beginner to this and I've been wanting to model a car for the game "Project Zomboid" and this is literally the perfect tutorial. This low poly style matches perfectly, I'm 100% going to give this a shot! It's a bit more reassuring seeing a 50 minute video versus 20 different 20 minute videos in a playlist.
Cool, good luck!
One little thing here, maybe you changed the color, idk. But I could barely see what you did with the circle at the beginning, might be my eyes. But in blender the circle is much more visible than in this particular video. Don't get me wrong, you are doing a great job with this! :) (5:00, circle is hard to see).
Same for me. I also couldnt see his mirrored side in orthographic view
Impossible - might have looked ok on his screen. Didn't render in the video.
same for meh
This one was incredibly generous of you PR. Well done & Thank you 🙌🏻
Glad you like it! :)
this one is amazing keep going with commentary 😍

One of the best workflow tut's on the subject. I've seen many different ways to go about it, using spline's, etc, but it was never that easy. Since I am pretty good box modeler, this looks kinda easy, even though it is not 100% box modeling technique. Low poly models can become more high poly as well through refinement. That is the bedrock approach to box modeling. Thanks!
Im glad you like it!
Thank god your commentary is outstanding, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue what you are doing on screen - RUclips's video compression makes it close to impossible to see what you were doing at the blueprint part, even in HD. But keep up the amazing tutorials!
Beautiful work as always Roman. if I can give u a little feedback: maybe you should make vertices bigger (7/8 px) and edges more recognizable when selected, it was a little bit hard to see clearly sometimes. This is just me probably, love your work and my comment is just a positive considerstion. You are my favorite 3d artist roman, cheers from italy, thank u for all the great work ❤
Thanks for the feedback, yeah I need to be careful about visibility when using blueprints :)
I could follow it because his oral explanation is amazingly accurate, but yeah the pixels were hard to see.
Thanks so much for this. This was a great intro into modeling. I learned so much about how to manipulate vertices, edges, and faces that I was not able to grasp with other tutorials.
Glad you like it :)
this is great - i love the idea of making low poly models , and i always wanted to do cars first and foremost, so this is giving me some great ideas - thanks!
of corse and we can create our own modells to, thats inspireing.
Finished, the result is way better than i expected. Did not have the patience to fix some minor issues, so the car is far from perfect, but that is just me being lazy. I wish the last part was commented as even on 0,25x it was difficult to follow. Also, on blender 3.0 i could not run the isocam. After all 9/10, thanks a million!
The isocam problem is probably a bug in your pc, I use 3.0 too and I could use the isocam addon without any problems.
Really good tutorial and it taught me a good amount of modelling, thanks to you I rendered out a sweet animation of a blue mustang spinning, thank you again :D
Great to hear that! Glad I could help ;)
@@polygonrunway hen u use the knife tool how do u go back to the cursor im having trouble using it
I'm almost 10 mins into this tut and I wanna say, I'm *SUFFERING.* Just because I chose the bp of an rx-7 instead of the mustang lol. But it's going well so far!
Haha, quite a challenge! I'm sure you can do it, keep at it 💪
@@polygonrunway I'm done and im still facing problems. When trying to use the rbc add on damn thing just keeps spinning. Is this what it's like to be a blender artist?
This turned out very nice!
One of the hardest things to model so far that I have encountered is a 1950 Ferarri Berlninetta 166MM.
It doesn't have a strait piece on it and has the old rounded front fenders typical of the 30's and 40's but this one carries that all the way to the back and evenly tapers to a point where a small round tail light sits.
This is my favorite car. My dream, my aim. Thank you.
Such smart thinking! I had learnt so many tricks in only the first 10 minutes, I never knew you could use fill like that. Thank you sir
dude, thank you, i learned a lot about working with vertices and faces, im transitioning from the fusion360 work space and a new door was opened to me from this video
That's great to hear! Keep it up! :)
37:56 If bevelling the rear lights clip into each other or deform, make sure that you've turned off Auto Merge before proceeding to bevel, to do that, go to the top right corner below the various shading tabs, select "option" and deselect "Auto Merge", it should work fine now.
thanks :)
Thank you for making a detailed video! I personally made a skyline, and it worked out well! This helped out alot!
I absolutely love this. I've used blender for awhile but I was struggling with cars, and I couldn't find anything that matched the style I was going for before this. There were a couple with subtitles and no voice and it was hard to follow. Really love this and hope you do more, will definitely be subscribing.
One thing tho, can you zoom in more? It's really hard to see the vertices on my second monitor. Also fyi G then shift-x is easier than doing z then y when you built the back, It does all axis but x. Pretty handy.
it's a pleasure to be taught 3D modeling by the terminator
I can't see what you were doing in the beginning, how were you able to tell whether you placed the part right?
Thank you so much for putting this together and detailing the process. I followed along every step and my car is coming along. I learned more about blender in the past couple of videos I've watched of yours than I ever have before Roman. I'm considering buying one of your courses now. Great content and thanks again!
Thank you for kind feedback! I'm really glad you like the content
Great tutorial! I really appreciate the commentary. I would have preferred the fast-forward portion to be split into a separate video in normal time.
thanks man, this is some high quality tutorial
Glad you like it!
Hello, please help me, I followed to your tutorial until knife tool. The tool could not cut like in your video, but cut other parts. I tried to change face orientation but it did not help me. If you know what to do, i will be glad to hear that
did you find the solution?
@룰골기 thank you. been looking for solutions for 30 minutes now.
Im gonna give you some knife tips click K for knife tool press A to make the cuts straight press C to cut trough
have a great time!
beautiful work. and loved your lighting. Will have to study your lighting in detail
Wow, cool! Thank you, dude! The car looks so pretty!
Glad you like it ;)
hello from CG rush, thanks for tutorial
I waited this all my life!!And yeah i wanted a type of this car)
;)
It's really helpful tutorial. Thank you a lot!
hello from Kazakhstan!
Those are some high quality tutorials
I know you prefer quality over quantity but please think about those who want to learn but can't afford your very expensive so please create some offer for student or for those who can't afford that
Not free but atleast affordable 🙏❤️
This is so cool. Great tutorial on low poly cars.
Thank you :)
that blueprint is exactly what I was using 😂😎
We need such type of videos bro.....😍
Love it bro
💙🔥
It´s amazing. Could you tell me what program do you use to show the keyboard and the mouse? Thans.
screencast addon
thanks finaly i can make this low poly car easily
Very helpful tutorial ! On a sidenote you sound a little bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger to my ears somehow xD
Glad you liked it. And yes, youre not the first :D
Amazing tutorial by Giovani Giorgio
:D
please make vertexes or line marked up so you can see it. Black blue print line on Black vertexes with black line and a 4k monitor is recipe for blindness
i appreciate your work so much and also Hello from the CG Rush)
Thank you! Greetings :)
Very helpful. I really appreciate this tutorial. Thank you.
Glad you like it!
We need more things Like this so maybe more cars?
awesome tutorial Though
Thanks ;)
Thanks for the great tutorial. My only feedback is that it's really hard to see vertices and edges on the screen.
Wow, cool😲👍🏻
Amazing tutorial Roman. Thanks so much!
beautiful...
hope u make a photorealistic render of any car....
I subscribed to hear Arnold Schwartzanegger give blender tutorials :D Great stuff though!
😎🤖
Great tutorial to learn from it. Thank you so much!!
Glad you like it :)
Love the video mate, but I'm on sennheiser headphones at max volume and I can barely hear you and the visuals could be a bit more zoomed in, if at all contrasted. Other than that, great stuff!
Thanks for the valuable feedback!
Feels like Jailbreak in Roblox but much more detailed, Epic!
🔥💙
I can barely see the circle. Could you please scale up your UI next time?
holyshit man that's looking awesome 🔥👀💙
Thank you!
Holy shit, theme park crazy
Can you do it with any other car?
Goodwork good Tutorial Thank you.
Thanks for this Nice Tutorial
Glad you liked it
thanks. I used your tutorial and made it in C4D

As a huge Mustang fan, I approve
😎🔥
Amazing 😍
Thank you :)
Nice turorial. Thank you.
Glad you like it! :)
thanks this is amazing
Great idea
Make a complementary tutorial for cars in high poly or realistic cartoon car
LOL I had to go full screen to see what he was talking about lol. Great video though #realtalk
pretty good tutorial, but when you extrude some edges i can't see clearly where you move it, i was expecting the tutor would zoom in at first. it's to show at close how to move and extrude edges to here and there.
hey, how did you do that e and the f to flip at 9:27 it is not happening for me
it is only getting extruded
nice tutorial but i have some questions about references, how upgrade qustionallity of it? when i add the reference, his very blurry
Can you design a new super car and provide a voice-over tutorial in your next video
Love it! 😍
Thank you :)
Ty for the tuto! How can I do the same but with a blueprint that has not 4 but 5 views?
can you put the link of the reference? plz
Here it is 👉www.google.com/search?q=1965+mustang+blueprint&client=ms-android-samsung-gj-rev1&prmd=isvn&sxsrf=ALeKk023oLyVKsegnO57YvmEmMXbPKFvAA:1625289509119&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiP-OOek8bxAhXh4nMBHTqqAz8Q_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=360&bih=612&dpr=2#imgrc=ubMp-WgIBgX_RM
Its there now :)
Афигенный видос Спасиба! Awesome video! Thanks Bro)!
Is it just me? I can barely see what your are doing at the beginning.. it's like invisible verts. I can follow what you are saying, but I don't see it on the screen especially when you went into wireframe. Is this how the course is as well?
Hi, I forgot to use solid view with X-ray here, thats better visible when recorded. The course is very visible and easy to follow at all times :)
@@polygonrunway Excellent. Hope my comment/question didn't come across as grouchy. Not my intent. Can I assume you use similar technique with K.I.T.T.?
I noticed throughout this video you saying things like "and for this situation a triangle is ok", so are triangles a bad thing to have in your models? and why?
The only trouble is - one can see almost non in wire mode... It is really hard to guess what and where you have moved
What is the prerequisite for this tutorial? How much comfortable I need to be with Blender in order to get into this? :) Awesome job btw
At least a bit comfortable, nothing crazy though
Can you make a TT how to anime the car chase scene
voice like Schwarzenegger
15:51
Thanks!
🙏🙏🙏
If I create a realistic model after a picture on the net, let's say cars..., do I need a license or can I create the 3d model with the car without any problem? I want to make the model as realistic and similar as possible, I don't want anything in addition. If buy the answer is positive and you need a license, I wonder how on some sites selling 3d models, there are realistic models? ...somehow that author can have a purchased license to his designs?
:( I came to 23th minute and my app crashed. Tried recovery options but no :(. I will do it from scratch again. Great tutorial.
I can’t even do this, this tutorial is that complex it’s even affecting my mental health
Amazing but sometimes you can’t see the points you are selecting
Can you make a video about textures please?
Guy this link contains almost all the blueprints of all cars so check it out, I hope it will help you - the-blueprints.com
Have a great day byee :D
Super! Thnx
So in the new blender version the auto merge feature for me has a problem, i can’t auto merge
great bro, but is this channel personal or combined?
It's my personal business channel, but there will be more content from other collaborators :)
bro i want to ask 6:31 when u mirror The side of the car its in X axis, why it doesnt work on me, it works in Z axis instead of X axis on me, when i apply X axis it's upside down mirror so i have to adjust to Z axis and it's as same as ur tutorial, but how can the X axis doesnt work on mine? I need explanation for this sir, thank u so much
13:09 is my worst biggest fear
