Hi Christine, I’m 7 years post-fusion surgery to correct a right thoracic C-curve now my Cobb angle is less than 15 degrees. I’m fused T7 to L3 I did this practice for the first time this evening and afterwards my left shoulder was really stooped down! I’m not sure what happened. I had a little pain but did a few toe touches and my shoulders went back to normal. I promise I’m ok but maybe I’ll avoid this particular exercise! Do you have a wind-down video for spinal fusion please?
Hi Holly, I would really have to see you in the yoga poses to be able to comment. You might just have to modify a few things from this practice. Is it okay to feel a pain in the the spinal vertebrae at the curves in an S shaped scoliosis ?
Im suffering from sciatica and spinal stenosis. My spine is c shaped. Can I adopt this yoga practices?
The best thing to do is work with someone 1:1 until you feel confident!
You have no idea how hard this was to do while my cockapoo was licking my face and pulling on my ponytail. But my back feels better!
