Annie, Nice Routine to help stretch and address the stiffness of dextroscoliosis. I'm 71 YO, and a sufferer of a number of spinal maladies (stenosis, DDD, Disc herniations, Military neck, and OA in the facet joints as well as Dextroscoliosis of 25 Degrees). I have a 1.15" shoerter right leg sustained from a fractured right femur at age 15 playing HS Football. I will Carefully try these exercises / Stretches with all the conditions in mind. It should be stressed here that not only is the spine Curved (S or C) but it is also Twisted !! That affects Nerves coming from the spinal canal - it does me... Diaphragm , Stomach, Lungs, Rib pain (Costochronditis)... The Central Nervous system and the peripheral Nervous system are affected as the Spine has compressed and pinching nerves. I lost all my Reflexes from the multiple sites of Stenosis. I never drank much Water ...... That is a big No-NO. Drink Lots of Water folks. 80% of your back discs are comprised of water - They do NOT regenerate !!

My daughter have scoliosis,,s shape with degree 39...she is using daily brace , doing yoga for scoliosis physiotherapy and swimming...plus going to gym..is it enough for her ..do you recommend another excercise for her,,by the way she is 15 years old..all my concern not to go for surgery

Depends on your lifestyle and your diligence to do your exercises daily then progress to twice a day . Then proceed to a gentle progression with Elastic band when you are ready .
doing the side planks + movement is too hard for me since it causes pain on my arms. i don’t know if it will get better as i do it more but i keep losing motivation because i can’t do it at the moment😭 any advice?
