    Thank you so so so much for this. For the past 3-4 years I’ve suffered from mild dextroscoliosis.
    Just doing this 10 minute exercise once, relieved so much of pain and anxiety for atleast an hour after that.
    I’m going to do them everyday and fix myself.

    Those holds are the best. I love feeling that stretch and being able to hold the position. The body may hate you in the moment but it will love you in the long run.

    Annie, Nice Routine to help stretch and address the stiffness of dextroscoliosis. I'm 71 YO, and a sufferer of a number of spinal maladies (stenosis, DDD, Disc herniations, Military neck, and OA in the facet joints as well as Dextroscoliosis of 25 Degrees). I have a 1.15" shoerter right leg sustained from a fractured right femur at age 15 playing HS Football. I will Carefully try these exercises / Stretches with all the conditions in mind. It should be stressed here that not only is the spine Curved (S or C) but it is also Twisted !! That affects Nerves coming from the spinal canal - it does me... Diaphragm , Stomach, Lungs, Rib pain (Costochronditis)... The Central Nervous system and the peripheral Nervous system are affected as the Spine has compressed and pinching nerves. I lost all my Reflexes from the multiple sites of Stenosis. I never drank much Water ...... That is a big No-NO. Drink Lots of Water folks. 80% of your back discs are comprised of water - They do NOT regenerate !!

    Hi Annie...
    My daughter have scoliosis,,s shape with degree 39...she is using daily brace , doing yoga for scoliosis physiotherapy and swimming...plus going to gym..is it enough for her ..do you recommend another excercise for her,,by the way she is 15 years old..all my concern not to go for surgery

    Hello, Annie was just diagnosed with thoracic dextroscoliosis last Tuesday when I was having my X-ray for my school requirements I am 21 years old I love to try your yoga. Is your yoga mirroring or I will do the opposite? Hoping that you will notice this thank you and God bless.

      Try to do it slowly maybe you are overstretching your neck or you are compensating because of your very tight thoracic spine . I will be relaunching my back master class link on my description to join to I can help you better

    Thank you!! A program that doesn't have you flat on your back! Everytime I follow a pilates or yoga routine that has me doing some moves on my back, I get so quesy, sometimes actually puking. Just curious, is this common with scoliosis patients? Any advice to alleviate this?

    Thank you so much ma'am.Now I Have 25° thoracic dextroscoliosis. Last two years ago it was 17° only but now iit comes 25° I am worry to honest. Is this possible to back 17°or lesser?

    my scoliosis goes to different directions I have the hump on the upper back plus my shoulders really go forward my chiropractor did say what that's called but I will have to get her to write it down so I'm not sure when I'm doing your stretches which way to go to do the stretches" I was doin your stretches to my right side now I'm not sure what way to go?? plus my head really falls forward"

      Depends on your lifestyle and your diligence to do your exercises daily then progress to twice a day . Then proceed to a gentle progression with Elastic band when you are ready .

    doing the side planks + movement is too hard for me since it causes pain on my arms. i don’t know if it will get better as i do it more but i keep losing motivation because i can’t do it at the moment😭 any advice?
