I have pain like you described in this video, and I have a bulging disk on l4; l5. When I do exercises prescribed for bulging disk my hip pain gets better. I wonder if there may be two different opinions about the cause of hip pain.
Hi Annie, I've just started doing your workouts because I have weak stomach muscles and recently and iliosacral joint flare up. I did the exercises you mention in this video but it was very fast paced. Could you do another where I can actually follow along with you for the amount of reps needed. I need the encouragement.
