In this video you will learn one of the basic movements on the rope and how you can apply it. This pattern will end up increasing your mobility and fluidity in your body which will end up aiding in any aches or pains that you might feel. It's a natural movement pattern that most of us are not taking advantage of. Tim walks us through a similar pattern where we don't even need a rope so that we can reap the benefits from this movement wherever we are. Try it out and let us know how you feel!

This is wild....yesterday I was running a trail twice as far as I have run all year, over two hours, and towards the end my stride was getting short and tight. Instead of stopping to stretch my legs, I loosened my shoulders and started using this figure 8 pattern (not having ever heard of it before today). Voila my legs loosened felt 100% better and I finished with a big smile.
I love how ideas coelesce for us in parallel....

Great share. Thank you brothers. I’ve been practicing with the Rope for the past 6 months or so now and have found huge benefits with it. Tim’s courses are excellent his ability to teach and help his student understand through use of metaphors and precise instruction are phenomenal. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about it to take that thought and act on it.
    Happy Flowing.
