At around 1:25 - the footwork looks so similar to when I teach boxing with proper weight transfer. It is so beautiful to see how so many athletic patterns all come back to the same principle of a proper gait.
It's a version of a 3 point underhand sneak. People usually do the third point with some sort of propeller, I like to add this in-steered matador cross instead
