Lex gets it!!! Grew up with Zeppelin, back in the 70's. Best band then and now.
Brad THAT was the theme of every song back then. Everything was about sex, drugs, booze, and rock music. You've got to realize this was during the "hippie era".

Haha. Robert Plant is an egg plant. Hilarious. In one song he sings, "Squeeze my lemon til the juice runs down my leg... does anybody here know what I'm talking about?" Uh, duh, Robert, what are trying to articulate.? Ha, Brad is so right.

Wow, Lex gets it, yes Led Zeppelin is a live experience, not even video is the same , that is one reason there is so little footage of the band, they said you want to see us it is live, plus good marketing, you can't catch live on the TV.

Live for me would be MSG 1973 or Royal Albert Hall 1970 or Earl's Court in the mid 70s, any of those shows is mind blowing as are many of the sound board recordings that leaked out over time, we would have killed for those bootlegs back in the day. 3+ hours was a common set for them and often in fro t of packed stadiums. Simply the best.

Well, Brad..their dirty lyrics are quotes from old blues songs, and, at the time they started Led Zeppelin, 3 of them were married (Page was in a long time relationship too). So, fun fact, they were some of the most "family men" in rock music in that era.
