      The fact that you share these stretching basics. They seem to be some I have figured out myself to relieve pain over the course of 30 years. Most body motions are simple, but lost in our over thinking of the problem. Your approach and presentation are simple yet solve my issues without endless self promotion.       Exactly my thoughts! I've had 5 nerve ablation procedures I wish I could have been shown these by physical therapy. Perhaps I wouldn't have had to damage my own nerves on purpose!! Bless you!

    Greetings from the Czech republic. Today I practiced according to your video for the first time. I am 76 years old and have an osteoporosis with compression fractures in the chest and lumbar spine. I exercise carefully and after watching your video and exercising carefully with you, I feel relief from the pain in my lumbar spine, which has been bothering me for a long time.     Never thought about doing that scooping motion with the shoulders. Leaned carefully with the neck as well and instant pop and it felt so good. This is just what i needed for my many years of slouching lol. Your videos are just super helpful and I'm so grateful for all your help!

    The exercises you have posted in the past REALLY helped me get past tendonitis in my shoulder! When I get tense and stressed working at the computer all day, I get really tightened up from shrugging my shoulders. These stretches feel so good! I really like the one holding the door frame for the tension and scooping the shoulder blade. Thanks for all you do to help make our lives more comfortable!

    I am definitely a sceptic when it comes to exercises having found physiotherapy exercises to be almost 100% useless to me but my neck is so stiff now, and has been for the last few years, that reversing my car is something I try to do using my mirrors and even looking right while doing a left turn in my car is painful, so I thought there was nothing to lose by doing some of these stretches. I did them initially without doing the number of recommended repetitions but within five minutes realised it had made a difference. The real proof was going to be when I was behind the wheel of the car and I am still astonished. My neck has significantly freed up. I'm working my way down as there is some pain in my upper back. Thank you so much. I have ordered a tennis ball :-) I am feeling motivated and today is day 3. I literally am doing 10 to 15 mins each day which is doable and instantly rewarding. THANK YOU THANK YOU

    I want to give you the biggest thanks in the world. I have had off and on neck pain for 2 years. It debilitates my day as I cannot sleep well with it.
    I’m very active so it put me in a depression. I’ve been to a chiropractor weekly, massage therapy twice a week. I also tried stretch therapy and physical therapy but all this was just bandaids for the true issue.

    Man, this is really great for someone who hangs in front of the computer and draws for a long time like me. Literally I am a basketball player who uses trapezius too much but never stretches there. It causes me so much pain for all of my regular activities. I want to thank Dr. Rowe. Please kindly let me know if you’ve any suggestions: I’ve cervical stenosis and am often woken by severe headaches and loss of balance at times. Almost always quickly relieved by doing your neck stretches but can I get help with sleep? Tried endless pillows … expensive and useless 😕

    My whole back is a mess, along with lymphatic inflammation. After throwing my lower back out 3 weeks ago, my upper neck and shoulders became very stiff. This is really helpful in releasing that tension. Thanks.

    The door stretch was great. Mannnn I love this channel. I'm suffering so many joint and muscle pains that I just don't get to a point where I feel like not moving at all. Because of pain. But whenever I watch this channel it just feels so simple. I like that I can do em on the bed or with a doorframe. This channel and the Bob and Brad channel are my favourite. I long for a pop or Crack in my neck somehow. This hasn't happened yet. But I do feel relief. I suffer costochondritis and slipping rib syndrome. Would be an idea for this channel. And maybe jaw excersises for tmj.

    Nice! So glad I found you; I have EDS, so I'm constantly subluxed/dislocated, in varying areas from head to toe. I recognize some of your stretches from a previous Chiro I had, but you show how I can get those results on my own, as needed. THANK YOU! No worries, due to the EDS I have to take any body manipulation very cautiously~ I subbed right after watching this video🥰
