    Thanks so much for these stretching follow alongs Jenny! I really enjoy your style and this is a necessary compliment to SMM 3-4 times a week for this cranky (fibromyalgia) body

    I was looking forward to this stretch. Halfway, I realized it's way too advanced for me, I stopped before I injured myself 😅.

    Why can’t I straighten my arms in up dog/cobra?

      I can't do that because my back isn't that flexible. My hip flexors are tight and my upper back isn't that open and flexible. So the stretch ends up in my lower back which -- at least for me -- isn't good. So when asked to do an up dog or high cobra, I usually end up doing a low cobra or sphinx pose instead. I'm working on those areas using the SMM and other stretches...
