Yeah I enjoy this channel too but I couldn't find anything about their education or relevant training on their website. The website makes it look like they have no training at all and they're just popular. Which is a bit fishy, if I'm being honest.

@@dilaudum1075 Doing these exercises is always your choice. Enthusiasm and drive to do good for yourself is one thing, to do the same for others is admirable. For Tom, Jenni, and their team to share their experiences is a way to a pain-free life. And THAT is what's important.

Went down a rabbit hole of binge watching Tom Morrison shorts last night, but it was too late to exercise (insomnia and dealing with it incorrectly by doomscrolling - yes that is me). Got up today excited to try something out, and this was a great starting point. Made me realise how unhealthy my back is and how weak my wrists and neck are - I have to be careful moving my neck or extending my wrists because it's so easy for me to pull a muscle or trigger nerve pain in my hands. My wrists hurt all the damn time. And doing that upper back movement, my back was crunching and cracking and making me wonder if I'm actually 23 like I think I am.
The differentiation between flexibility and strength is really helpful because I'm able to pick out which joints hurt because they're weak and which joints hurt because they're stiff (and which are a mixture of both). My hips and wrists are super flexible but weak, my neck is weak and inflexible.
Finished off feeling very mobile and keen to keep moving. Really appreciate this content

I have been following this routine on and off for quite some time now, and I must tell you. It is really really effective. Yesterday, I was going to watch a movie with some friends and for a stupid reason fell down. It didn’t really hurt much. I don’t even remember where I fell and where it got hurt. That’s how effective it is!

(Edit: there's a question at the end:) Wow - I feel almost embarrassed- but I found this yesterday, thought "why not, can't be too hard, it's good meditation" and failed to do even a single second of the side plank- accepted momentary defeat (I was quite tired, it had been a rough day) and resolved to try again today... now I followed along today. The exercises were lovely. Just what I was looking for. But man I was really shocked- I mean I knew I was behind on my fitness lately, but a 20yo person should not struggle with this that much, no? - nevermind age is no indicator, I have had a lot of devastating knee issues as a kid, I know how to physically feel like an "old person" and it's not exclusive to old people... I guess this is the final call to action to do something about my health- on that note thanks for the great routine, I shall come back to this daily until I graduate to more advanced stuff-
one question: any suggestions on adaping the not-rotating core exercise (lifting limbs diagonally) to something that takes off the pressure on my knee/shin? My bones and nerves are kind of messed up there and I can't do the exercise properly for the side I most desperately need it on because I can't put my bodyweight on the shin...😅
