Honestly, it is absolutely AMAZING how much content you guys put out!!! I love these "simpler" stretches, I'm not as mobile as I could be, and YES, I bought the Mobility Program, so stretches like this are getting me to the point where I can (almost) do the exercises in the MP.

Is there such a thing as chronic tightness and soreness? I’m always tight. No matter what I do. And since incorporating excercises and stretching, I am constantly sore. If I miss a day or two, I am so so tight.
if you're stretching all the time and still tight, it points to you needing more strength & stability in your joints! Often times your body tightens up if it doesn't feel safe!
Have zero lateral hip mobility. The slightest move outside my hips is unbearable. May need to enter a rehab center, but those are very few in my country (less than 10 in France).
