I enjoyed this video so much! I am getting back to stretching, and this helped. I can't wait to do more. The direction was great, the explanations were direct and not coddling. Some videos are so annoying with the dialog from instructors. Thank you, Ladies. Great fun.
Thank you so much for this video. I am not very flexible at all, so I did Lizzy's version in a toned down mode (hurting, but able to hold) - and lo and behold, I gained a full hand length on the toe test! Now my hands reach until the middle of my shins when I try to touch my toes. I'll be definitely coming back to this video and keep at it, together with some extra calf stretches (because those hurt more than my hamstrings right now).
I really enjoyed these and I echo a previous comment. I enjoyed doing it with Jenni and Lizzy, it made the time go quicker as if you were in a friend's front room. I was able to put my hands nearly flat on the floor at the end. Thank you!😊

Thank you. This was a wonderful stretch. I have a slip disc but still try to keep mobile. I haven't felt this good after a stretch in a long time.

Guys, you do not count in the spare tire around my abdomen. It effectively cushions and limits many of those moves😂

I think the trick is to have your weight on the forefoot rather than on the heels.
