On the 12th day of Christmas I hurt my kneeeee doing some jumping squats 🎶😭 But I told my knee that it’s not in pain, it’s just imagining it, and started moving it and finished the oh so fast paced stretchy workout. Challenging!! I agree the inch worms are horrible little creatures! So hard on the wrists. And no wiggles on the SMM - almost popped a knee! Obviously they need some more work! Thanks for this mornings sweat and motivation to repeat!

I am going to use this at least 3 days a week along with the KB Combination on the other 3 that are my current training days. What a great way to build up the temple of the Holy Spirit in 2025! Thank you again.

Ill be lucky if I canget through one set of each, Im in bad shape and bad arthritic knee. Is it ok and worthwhile to just try to do the 12 sets one time each and slowly work up to whatever I can work up to? Or would I be better off trying your other stretches? I need extreme baby steps. Knee went out in 2012 and Ive been favoring it ever since. Its weak and my hips and lower back are tightening up. I want to get better not worse. Nurse practitioner doesn't address it. 🤷 Happy holidays to you and your coworkers and families!
I'm by no means an expert but I think the answer is just do something regularly, worst thing you can do is nothing. Your body will tell you if it's wrong. Also don't trust medical "experts", they've all been brainwashed by big pharma. Drugs are rarely the answer, often cause more problems and can mask serious things. Consider dietary changes to solve inflammation, e.g. try eating just steak for a week and see what happens.
This is actually a great idea. I'll do it properly for the 12 days of Christmas -- only doing the first exercise today, and building my way up

Awesome, yes any of the exercises you found tricky it would be great to do outside of a workout format and just work on them slowly
