When I'm over weight, I'm very shy and ashamed and not confident at all and very depressed, when someone is talking to me, I think "they're not talking to me, they're talking to someone else" & I either don't answer at all bc I think they're talking to someone else, or I look around to see if someone else is behind me or around me .... When I lose weight, I'm very active, very happy, very energetic, very very confident and unstoppable..... But it is very very hard to lose weight.

We’re not psychic, but we are subconsciously aware of ourselves. The crazy dreams, eyebrow twitching, the frequent heavy flows of urination, feeling like ya gotta go 2 all the time…That’s our subconscious screaming at us and we should listen!
