One question that has been plaguing me is, how and where did you learn yoga? And meditation.
I love your videos. I can’t imagine what it was like to be locked up for so long and come out to a very different world. I’ve been curious about that for awhile. When my ex was locked he would call and say how sad it was because they would release guys that had been locked up for 50yrs and just thrown into this completely foreign world. It has to be so overwhelming. I can remember how my grandparents were with all the new technology and they were out in the world with access to all of it. My grandma (she was my best friend) would call my cell and when I didn’t answer she would start saying, “Andi, it’s grandma, pick up”. I told her over and over that I can’t hear her like an answering machine, but she did it up until she passed away. I would love another one of those messages again. She also got onto me for cussing because it makes me sound like I’m not smart enough to come up with a better word. Thank you for sharing with everyone.
What games were played in prison? Anything beyond cards or something creative? Any organized leagues?
