I’m glad that you don’t have those kind of nightmares. I was in the U.S. Navy and I still dream about “missing ship’s movement”, i.e., my ship leaving port without me. It’s a very big deal if you do it, and you will serve time in prison unless there is a very good excuse. It’s been 33 years since my enlistment was up and that’s still my worst nightmare.
That’s funny because my husband says he dreams that he was made to go back in the Navy because he didn’t finish his term. After he did his 6 years. He still has that dream 36 later. He wakes up in a sweat. lol.
Iremember the day I got out of prison in Ca. My mom picked me up and we were driving to Spokane because I got an extended parole where I could live anywhere! I didn’t want my mom to make the drive and I insisted that I would make the drive but she said we had to stop by the DMV to make sure my license was active. I never thought of that so we stopped at the DMV like five minutes away from the prison, and it turned out my license was suspended. I was shocked ! It turned out my loved ones had written into the DMV when I was in my addiction and asked for my license to be suspended because I was having so many seizures. They were so concerned. But I couldn’t do anything about it at that time so I had to just sit in the passenger seat. My mom was right. But I had so many anxieties going on. I didn’t even think of anything like that. We made the drive to Spokane slowly, but surely stopping at many hotels along the way, getting to know each other in person and enjoying ourselves. We even stopped at my aunt and uncles in Oregon. It was so nice. So I didn’t really get home for like a week. It was a big road trip and it was just what I needed.

This is interesting! Glad no bad dreams now and living new life.
I’d never make it a week in prison. Yet alone get out.
When I went in, I couldn't wait to get out. Like everyone else. But you you make your bed and sleep in it. If you know what I mean.
❤
Did I just hear a scream lol. I’m thinking goat or possible rooster.
Look like a farmer .....on a farm?
Why the hell were you in prison.
I am glad you haven't had those bad dreams
