Drummer here. This kid has some CHOPS for a 5 year old. I can't imagine what he'll be like in his teen years or even just sitting down in general. His timing, rhythm, and overall playing exceeded any expectations for a 5 year old, let alone someone twice his age! Absolutely incredible performance.

I'm a drummer and have played for 60 years, and all I can say about this little 5 year old drummer is, he is amazing and blows me away with his playing and timing! He definitely has a future ahead!!!! Wow!!
The way he kept looking over at his parents for their approval, instead of looking out into the audience for their approval (and there were thousands of people cheering for him) is a huge reminder that kids need their parents in their corner and in their life for every single occasion whether it big or small. He did an amazing job!

Simon said something that only musicians will understand when it comes to playing the drums, and music in general. His timing. For a kid that young to be able to hold a grove that tight is remarkable. I can appreciate that Simon has a serious level of music understanding, more so than most judges that I have ever seen on this show. This is why he is there. A lot of grown drummers have trouble holding a considerably consistent tempo while playing, so for this kid to be able to do so at his age is truly a spectacle to witness. 👍
More than his obvious talent in drumming, he is confident, compassionate (he wants to help the poor!), and RESPECTFUL (yes ma’am, yes sir!).❤ His parents are raising a wonderful human being!

Simon said something that only musicians will understand when it comes to playing the drums, and music in general. His timing. For a kid that young to be able to hold a grove that tight is remarkable. I can appreciate that Simon has a serious level of music understanding, more so than most judges that I have ever seen on this show. This is why he is there. A lot of grown drummers have trouble holding a considerably consistent tempo while playing, so for this kid to be able to do so at his age is truly a spectacle to witness. 👍
This kid is remarkable in every way. I know adults who aren’t this good and don’t have half the manners. Love this kid.
Forget the talent, look at this kids manners. He has great parents. This should be a roll model family for many people

Respectful, talented, and having fun. Props to the parents for instilling and teaching him proper manners and respect. He is going to go far not just because of his drumming talents but because already at his young age he is being taught how to dress, speak respectful, how to dress for certain occasions and he is still able to be a kid. Keep up the good work parents and those who are in his life that are helping him grow.

5 years old. Let that sink in for a bit. Poised, talented, respectful. "Thank you, sir." He is grown beyond his few years in life. I didn''t have it together until I was like 30 years old! (and didn't have anywhere NEAR the talent he does). Great parenting, and I hope they protect him from the evil that he will encounter as he grows up. His future as a drummer is limitless. Absolutely incredible!!!!
