He may well be good intentioned. His membership in the American Bar Association makes him more than suspect though. Remember- Nazi party individuals were often good spouses,dutiful parents with respectable lives unless you account for the atrocities against humanity the committed or permitted in their name.
Ask any ABA member why we have no recognized rights in the courts they've seized and corrupted beyond belief.
If any of it were due process why would they have to make the transcripts in felony court cases forged documents, fake histories? Ask 'em and get ready for some of the most polished lying you've ever heard.

Is probation a conviction itself?
A lawyer said that it is charge only n never convicted. The case was 2 probation.
