Update a year in - My body is much toner than it was a year ago. I do the exercise around 4-5 times per week. It's light, only takes 30 minutes. My core and upper body core improve noticeably. It's perfect to keep you going on a healthier track. The hardest thing is to start doing it. But believe me, just do it and it will be done in no time. Thank you Lidia for this exercise

This work out is beginner friendly but it is also intense. Towards the end it got harder for me but I made it through. This is an great workout and will be doing it frequently until I can get through the video with no stops.
I did each exercise for as long as I could [around 30 seconds each] and even tho I felt discouraged about 23 minutes through I told myself only 7 more minutes I could do this! Just finished and now I'm going to be doing this exercise everyday and hopefully one day I can make it through the full length for each exercise! 💖

Not a critique at all but I sometimes find it hard to look up and see what the next move is straight away, especially if I am using my phone rather than a bigger screen, I would love for you to make more, maybe where you say what the next movement is! I've never done a workout video from youtube before but I wanted to try pilates as it would be easier on my joints. This was an intense workout for me as a beginner but I loved it! I really hope pilates will become my go-to workout since more "active" workouts tend to make my POTS symptoms flare up!
Im gonna be doing this everyday for the next 30 days, im gonna be coming back everyday to tell how it went and if im seeing results! Day 1: pretty intense for a first day, almost couldn't finish it and needed lots of breaks in-between 😢. We will see tomorrow! Day 2: it still was intense but I think I did a little bit better than yesterday! Also my muscles are burning so much from yesterday, but I think it's the best for me to keep pushing cause I'm gonna see the results that I want!
Hey guys! I'm sorry for not updating before, hahaha. I've been doing it for 2 weeks since I commented it here, and I've seen pretty good results 😍, mainly on my inner thighs and waist. But after 2 weeks, I had to stop for a few days, and then I started going to the gym cause my doctor said that for my back problem, it would be better to be supervised than doing exercises alone in my own place 😔. But regardless, it really works! You should keep doing it every day and eat your deficit calories to see results 🙌

Making this a 45 day challenge for myself because that's when I have a big event I want to look amazing for. DAY 1 (4 november 2023) - I had a really hard time. I sweat, I could feel my body burning as if I was giving out fire, my whole body was shaking so much during majority of the poses, I felt like crying, I couldn't do many of them for 45 seconds so I cut them down to 30 or 35 each, I couldn't even keep my balance for many of the poses so I did them differently than her. Post workout, my body is aching but there is also such a weird feeling of my body and muscles being lighter and less rigid. Toughest first day for me. But what helped during the process is imagining myself on 18 december 2023, rocking my outfit and just looking and feeling so great. I hope my skin is helped too. DAY 2 (5 november 2023) - I woke up with a sore af body, especially my thighs and legs. Still had a hard time. Sweat a lot, probably did worse actually cause I couldn't even bend down too much. However, it was slightly easier I won't lie. It did burn a lot too. I was careful to try and do for as long as I could, and many of them I did 40 seconds however the ones towards the end were still challenging. I'm just glad I got it done. That's another day forward. DAY 3 (6 November 2023) -rest day. Had the worst time. Couldn't move my body due to soreness DAY 4 (7 November 2023) - rest day again. The pain was lesser but persisted. Tried to work out but absolutely couldn't move 3 minutes in. Allowed myself rest. DAY 5 (8 November 2023) - back again and completed! Crazy how it felt easier to do slightly than before despite the little soreness that was there. Felt so refreshed. Sweat a lot but did it! DAY 6 (9 November 2023) - completed it again today. Woke up to no soreness whatsoever. Infact, body felt lighter!! Workout also felt somewhat easier in the sense that I could actually do 45 seconds of most of these, and Didn't fall off or lose balance as much as the beginning. Recharged and feels good post workout DAY 7 (10/11/23) - completed! Felt light and good. Sweat a lot still! DAY 8 (11/11/23) - skipped! I workout at night usually. Had to go out and stayed out till night so missed it. DAY 9 (12/11/23) - missed again! Don't know why didn't feel it at all :(( DAY 10 (13/11/23) - completed! Sweat so much. Felt great afterwards. Could even do MOST for 45 seconds I am really proud of that. Day 11 (14/11/23) - completed! Whew!! It kind of feels like the workout is getting shorter these days. As if it's not 30 mins!! Still was so out of breath towards the end
This would be something i would repeat over and over again. First fact, i love the fact that the workout moves go slowly yet the intense on each part of the body has not decrease.

Hey guys! So just so you know, excursuses like side planks, bicycle crunches, heel touches, and any other excursuses that bend your side will not you an hourglass figure! These actually work your obliques, giving the illusion of a wider waist. I like to sub these out with variations of crunches and other ab exercises that don’t bend your side. Just a tip, and I loved this video!!

I did this for a month a year ago and I'm back here because this has shown results the fastest. In my experience I saw significant changes in my lower body (specially thighs) and shoulders. It took longer in my belly area to see results but I guess the results vary from person to person because I saw another comment saying they saw changes in their core and upper body. Depends on your body. I do this workout and a 20 mins core workout simultaneously. I workout 4-5 times a week and I'm really happy with my fitness journey. GIRLY POP IS INSANE. OH MY GOD. Literally crying sobbing shaking. yes, the moves are beginner friendly, but it's sooooo hard. I had to modify a few exercises and stop in between them as it was honestly impossible to do, as it was my first time trying this. I won't be doing this everyday though. I'd probably collapse if I do 💀. I'm planning on doing this every other day. I honestly know that my body would become sore tomorrow, and that would definitely make doing this even more difficult. So, 3-4 days of doing this would definitely be good for me. I hope I'd get that body after 2 months though

I love how you don’t add the burnt calories like pamela reif does for example… Makes the workout enjoyable without being disappointed in oneself for for example not that many calories burnt… I’m in love, it’s fun, it does wonders for the body-shape, makes my abs see-able and it also makes me feel fit🫶🏼 P.S.: Just because you don’t burn hundreds of calories or count them, doesn’t mean that you’re not making any progress♥️

Was not expecting such a burn but this was great as I enter into my luteal phase of my cycle. It was low and slow enough to keep going with a nice slow burn to make me feel strong 💕

I love how you don’t add the burnt calories like pamela reif does for example…
Makes the workout enjoyable without being disappointed in oneself for for example not that many calories burnt…
I’m in love, it’s fun, it does wonders for the body-shape, makes my abs see-able and it also makes me feel fit🫶🏼
P.S.: Just because you don’t burn hundreds of calories or count them, doesn’t mean that you’re not making any progress♥️

Was not expecting such a burn but this was great as I enter into my luteal phase of my cycle. It was low and slow enough to keep going with a nice slow burn to make me feel strong 💕

edit: i've been doing it since i posted the comment (a bit over a week) and i've gotten really good results so far! combined with other workouts and diet ofc,, i do still really ask as a favour that you get the ads in between exercises or in the breaks bc they always pop up in the middle of a set so i have to interrupt 😭😭
