    I’ve been doing your workouts for almost three weeks, the results are incredible. My waist is smaller, my hips are slightly rounder, my thighs are gaining muscle and thinning out. I’m gonna get back on track with my running (3 miles a day/ when I can) and check back in at the end of summer

      @@st4rgirI111 for legs I do the 15 minute slim thighs, and the 20 minute grow your booty not your legs! If you keep every movement even slower it really helps!

    Amazing video! I love how your workout is beginner-friendly and doesn't require any equipment. One small suggestion, it would be super helpful if you could either explain which muscles or areas of the body each exercise is targeting, or maybe even include a little graphic in the top left corner of the screen. ❤❤

    wow i rarely do 30 mins workouts and when i do, i usually hate them but this one?? omg i loved it so much. i wasn't even thinking about how much time there was left because it was such a calming and enjoyable workout! i will totally be doing this everyday

    If I tell you I have been searchin FOR YEARS to find this kind of creator and workouts.. I find them perfect for a lunch break working out + 10 000 steps a day and the results are just there! Thank you for providing! ❤

    Your workouts are always so beginner friendly but also intense. This is my third time doing this workout and it’s my favorite on your channel so far. I would love to see more upper body exercises my arms and back always feel weak compared to my core and lower body. Thank you so much for this video ❤️!!

    day 1:doing this everyday for a month! today was fun!
    day 2: had to pause in the middle to go to tesco so i think i did it longer 😭
    day 3: good!!
    day 4: tirwd today
    day 5: i honestly really like this workout!
    day 6: starting to know it off by heart but still need help by the video 😭
    day 7: getting better! after one week i notice a little change in my butt!
    day 8: did this all without the video!
    day 9: had a really hard day today, but managed to get myself to do this!
    day 10: good today feel better!
    day 11: achey today as i did a lot of working out yesterday 😭
    day 12: didn’t enjoy much today mostly because i forgot to do it until before i went go to bed so i just want to sleep 😭
    day 13: didn’t want to do this today but i did and that’s what matters!!!
    day 14: had such a bad migraine today didn’t think i could do it. but i did all my daily workouts!
    day 16?: better todqy!
    day 17: good today!
    day 20?: keep forgetting to write down so i don’t remember if it’s day 20 or 19 😭
    day 22: last workout of the day and ready to relax
    day 24: good!!
    day 25: did this before going to the gym! i haven’t been for a while and i went yesterday and it was really good.
    day 26: goooddd
    day 28: did most of this watching family guy. also it says that this post started 1 month ago now so i definitely miscounted my days but i will carry on until I reach day 31 😭
    day 30: has such a long busy day today of long car rides but then walking for miles around a city after 😭
    day 31: the last day! it’s my birthday! came home after watching the new barbie movie and did my daily pilates!
    after doing this for (a bit over a month accidently) my body is definitely more toned and i am getting better at pilates excercises! thank you for this video it was very fun to do. going to be weird not doing it now but i will find another daily pilates to do now so you might see me in another comment section 🤍

    thank you very much for this. I'm glad I found your videos on tiktok and tried this workout. I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks now and I'm very satisfied. I like it very much, I made it a daily routine. Thanks to these exercises and the calorie deficit, I lost up to 3 kg in these 2 weeks.I tried HIIT exercises but they weren't for me, but I found a new passion - pilates. If you want to be healthy and have a good mood, I recommend this workout.

    i love doing your videos bc they dont focus a lot on the wrists! i unfortunately injured my wrist so my movements can get limited but i find your videos so helpful and easy enough to modify a little whenever my wrist start to hurt.

    AMAZING WORKOUT!! I loved the warm-up and cool down since I always forget to stretch after a workout so that’s a huge plus for me!! I also loved the voiceover since your voice is very calming. Overall super great video as always!!🫶✨

    I am soccer player and I can feel so much core strength it’s crazy! I think I am only 2 weeks in!
    Update (8 weeks of Pilates) I am feeling so great! I am feeling so much stronger! I included my schedule below!
    Monday - Pilates (incorporate weights when I can) followed by evening soccer training
    Tuesday - Running followed by evening soccer training
    Wednesday- Weighted Workout along with evening soccer training
    Thursday - Sprints followed by evening soccer training
    Friday - Rest Day
    Saturday or Sunday - Match or Training
    I also walk for an hour almost every day along with little Pilates workouts throughout the day!

    26/09 - I rarely do longer wourkout but today I decided to challenge myself by doing a 30min one. I feel great doing so !
    11/10 - 30min workout are still really intimidating for me but this one is helping me change my mind ^^

    I did this for the first time today and I really liked it! However I’m worried I’m not doing some of the exercises correctly. For example: the firehydrants/basically the first 15 minutes of the workout I feel the burn in my supporting leg, not the leg that is working. Is that wrong?

    there’s just way too many ads in your videos especially this one! it’s so frustrating because it’s always in the middle or towards the end of the workout. i love doing your workouts but the ads are unnecessarily a lot.

      definetely! combine with daily 6-10k walks for best result and dont forget to rest :)

      Good question but hard to say. Everyone burn calories at a different rate. For example, someone with more muscle will burn more calories than someone with less
