Hey lidia im 13 and I’ve been doing your workouts every day for a few months now it’s really helped with my mental health and self love before your workouts I was struggling with body image and food and I was working out out of pure self hate but now I’m starting to love myself and my body more and more and I workout out of self love now so I just wanted to say thank you so much you’ve changed my life for the better x

@@lidiavmerahey ! This workout was awesome but can you please tell me how can I manage my knee pain while holding a certain position, is these are trick to do it ? Like keeping knee relaxed or engaged? Please reply
Place a small pillow or cushion under that knee while doing the extra workouts. And watch your form. Usually if the form is off that what can cause some discomfort! Hope that helps

@user-cn6rh5ri3e you know i agree with you completely. It's okay when ads are at the end of exercise or somewhere else. But when you are in the middle of doing it, it's really distracting you from a deep concentration.

I haven't worked out with a routine in months. I have done a few days my version of the Le Sserafim workout, but that ended up being to long and draining without feeling like I did a good workout. It was quite scary for me to start doing like a real follow workout, because I'm scared I will go back to my old ways and do like 7 different workout video's a day every day in the week for months. That got quite obsessive and I don't ever want to live through that ever again. Now I will do this workout most days of the week with maybe sometimes an extra 5 arm workout. I hope that this will become a healthy routine. And in a week I will post updates on how my body looks. Sorry btw for my little life story tangent :)

2:54 I love, love, love your workouts, but please be careful with this exercise. As a dancer, i have seen more than one person be injured because they made an acute angle while in the lungs instead of living up your knee and heel to make a right angle. ❤
