Yes it happened the same to me while I was doing abs without the sound on, and I was wondering why the exercise didn't end after a minute or two... So in conclusion I did abs for like five minutes without break because of the multiple ads that appeared 😂
When most of the other workout trainers on RUclips do these exercises, the routines look kind of vulgar and burdensome. When you do the same exercises, they look graceful and elegant. You're the only RUclipsr who can make a 'hydrant lift' look artful. Very inspirational! Thanks!

Fantastic! I'd like to have more than 30 min full body workouts. They are comfortable to engage all parts of the body. Since it is difficult to divide them during the week, it is difficult... Working. Of course, it would be nice to involve the arm part more often... Even with a few weights :)

Day 1: ✅ It was very hard at some moments but I did this workout succsessfully! Day 2: ✅ It was a little bit easier than yesterday. Day 3: ✅ Much easier than the previous days. Day 4: ✅ Very easy. Day 5: ✅ So easy.

Loved this one! I noticed that my tailbone hurts a lot during the exercise when we kinda hold onto our thighs lay down and come back up. Does anyone have any tips?
hey girl!! if you’re having some pain in your tailbone you could try to either fold up your mat or fold a small towel and place it in your lower back area to give you that extra support! hope that helps 💗
Your workouts seem like they’d be helpful if you talked through them, tried one from almost a year ago and wanted to see if a current one had improved but it didn’t. Just a tip cause it’s distracting checking to see what move you’re on
