Thank you for this workout. I did it after a 7 months break from working out and this felt so good. Please make more full body workouts, 30-50 minutes length. Maybe, also with some props like a Pilates ball or some light weights. Keep up the good work! ❤❤❤

This is great but would be more helpful if you gave a few small cues as to what was coming next so we don’t have to look at the monitor the whole time. Some people who don’t like cueing put a small preview box in the upper corner towards the end of the current move to show the next move so that when the time starts we can get after it

I feel like her promotional strategies are a bit flawed. Workout videos with body check images can be deceptive in making people think “oh if I do this workout, I’ll look like that”. I just feel like that’s her whole way of promoting her videos like if you see her tiktoks/instagram that’s how I found out about her because I saw one of her videos promoting that. I’m just saying, please be a bit mindful of people who deal with body dysmorphia as it can be a bit triggering. We don’t need a body check as the cover of every workout video
Are you serious? Is someone's body or the fact that it is attractive annoys you? I understand that you think that slim people shouldn't show their bodies on the internet because it triggers you. When you walk down the street and pass someone fit does it make you feel uncomfortable? The problem is in you and you should work on it cause it seems that you must be so insecure

Do you really think she shouldn't show her body because it triggers you or maybe all attractive and slim people shouldn't show themselves on the internet, because if they do, they are accused of fatphobia, eating disorders, attention seeking or, as you said, the sight of their body makes someone feel uncomfortable? That someone has low self-esteem is their problem and they should work on it the easiest way is to blame internet creators for making someone feel bad. Don't be snowflakes and understand that no influencer or any other person in the world is responsible for your emotions and don't blame others for how you feel, the only person you can blame in that case is yourself. It seems brutal but if you understand this life will become easier because no one will be able to give you neither anger nor happiness when you understand that only you have control over it. As Eleanor Roosevelt said ,, No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”
if you follow me on social media you would know how all my energy goes into putting out content that showcases how everyone is different and encouraging people to workout because of how it makes them feel and because of their health. I have never ever talked or mentioned (even in my cooking videos) about weight, looks or anything of that sort and never will because my page is not about that, and it’s so unique to everyone. I truly believe in balance, nourishing yourself and feeling good. I am sorry if seeing my body look the way it does triggers you, but thats what i look like and no one is making you do my workout videos or follow me on social media.
