I am from Denver and I am also a DIEHARD Bronco fan. But... when I saw this, I smiled. Also, I had absolutely no problems at all when the Broncos lost this game considering how much Peyton Manning built so much with the Colts. Manning is a touch of class and a wonderful Quarterback. What a guy!
I think you should have no problems when the Colts are your first loss in the future. Lately, when the Broncos lose first to the Colts in the regular season, it results in a Super Bowl
As a Loyal Indy fan.. Peyton Manning is the main reason why I became a Colts fan... Much respect for this man and will remain one of the greatest to be ever play the game.. Definitely would like to see Peyton win another SB before he hang his helmet and cleats..

Grew up and lived in Maryland my entire life. Peyton Manning is and always will be my favorite football player. In my eyes, the best QB to ever play the game. I'm grateful I grew up in his era.
I'm not a very emotional person, and this makes me tear up so much. What a beautiful sign of loyalty and respect for Manning by the entire Colts fanbase. :')
Damn i tear up every time i watch this.. :-( so many good memories with Payton Manning under center, Hey thanks from all of us here in Indy and Colts nation
I been a Broncos fan my whole life but there was on player that I loved was Peyton I had a Peyton jersey before I got my first Broncos jersey and when he came to Denver I cried tears of joy because Peyton was my all time favorite player when I was little and still till this day
One of the most beautiful moments in recent sports history. One of the greatest players of all time returning to the stadium that his legendary performances helped to create.
As a Broncos fan I'm ashamed for the portion of our fan base that has written this guy off, said he's done, and to go ahead and start Osweiler (apparently the next coming of Aaron Rodgers...yea...right...). The offense will be just fine with Manning under center. The defense is dominant enough to provide the offense time to round up into form come midseason.
Crazy how the regular season went, but the clock hasn't struck 12 just yet. This is the start of the final chapter of his storybook ending. Go Broncos! #UnitedInOrange #TimeToRide #KickingAndScreaming

@@RalphReagan Yes the Colts let him go because they were gonna start over with Luck. The Colts absolutely ruined him. Manning is the best Colts player ever. Manning is the 2nd greatest Broncos qb ever.
I know what you mean. I had to hold in so many emotions, but I didn't cry until his retirement. He's the reason why I and so many others enjoy the game of football.
The sound is bad on this video. I went to the game and I can tell you that you couldn't even hear the people next to you. The place absolutely exploded when he took the field. That day I saw history made. First class fans for a first class player. He even comes off the sidelines to thank everyone. I think the sign hung up says it all....welcome to the house peyton built. Glad to see him go out on top with dignity.
I cried when he returned to Indy! It was an emotional time for him by the fact that that was the house Peyton Manning built. Jim Irsay can thank Peyton Manning for having the stadium that is home to the Colts now. My entire family and I were die hard Colts fans until 2012 when they traded Peyton to the Broncos because of him missing an entire year due to having 4 neck surgeries and not wanting to pay him what they owed him. That man played for that organization for 14 years took them to 2 Superbowls and countless playoffs and that was the respect and thanks he received. If Mr. Irsay had any respect for The Sheriff he would have given him a chance to prove himself; I believe he had earned at least that. Just imagine how much greater a quarterback Andrew Luck would be had he gotten to learn behind Peyton manning for 4 years! I'm now a Broncos Fan thanks to Peyton Manning and Jim Irsay. Brock Oweiler would probably have never gotten the deal from the Texans had he not gotten the opportunity to learn behind the GOAT. I always say everything happens for a reason. However Lucas Oil Stadium should be renamed to Peyton Manning Field in honor of what that man did for that organization! No one is or will probably ever be as great a quarterback, respectful a person, and genuine legend of the game as #18 Peyton "The Sheriff" "GOAT" Manning! You will be missed and have seriously changed the game forever!
Lakota Waters what Irsay and our franchise did was the best decision for Peyton ... In 2010 before his neck surgeries we went 10-6 and had injury prone players ... Then in 2011 we go 2-14...back into the first overall pick who happens to be Andrew Luck ... You're not positive Peyton can even play and even if he can you think he's only got 4 or 5 years left ... Why not let Peyton get out now because that team was not a super bowl contender even with a Peyton healthy ...we let Peyton walk and have another chance to win a super bowl and draft Andrew Luck and rebuild.... Then luck came in and won right away ... Peyton won another super bowl .., colts just resigned luck for 6 years ... In all honesty it worked out perfect ... Go root for the Broncos real colts fans don't need you cuz we made the right decision
Lakota Waters I deleted the comment. I was hoping that wasn't sent to you. I was not going to send that to you. Because, there's a little thing called, having a choice. And, I realize that, it is none of my business, of who or what individual is a fan of. I'm sorry, for sending that to you. It was a poor choice of words. But, I will say this, I respect your opinion about how, Irsay handled the Manning release. To a certain degree, I would agree. But, we had to do what's best for the franchise. We did not know, if Peyton would ever be the same again. We had to think about the future of this franchise. I love Peyton too, and he always be one of the greatest. Maybe, the greatest. But, we did make the right decision. But, I think we could have signed him, for one year. And, let Luck learn from Manning. Just like, Rodgers learned from Farve. I do agree with the Irsay, could have handled it better. I respect your decision, to be a fan of another team. If that's how you feel, about Irsay, and how they handled the release.. so be it. If you want to be a fan of another team, go right ahead. That's your pejorative. But, again, the organization made the right decision. But, that is my opinion. And, again as a loyal Colts, Pacers, IU basketball, and football fan.. I am deeply sorry you had to see that comment. Lakota Waters No problem. I respect your decision. To be a fan, of another team. He was a very amazing individual. He did a lot for your city, and he helped this franchise from moving to LA. If it wasn't for Peyton Manning, we would be the Los Angeles Colts. Luckily, that did not happen. I thank him what he has done, for this state. And, what he has done for this franchise.
